There was no mention of this at no trial. Clearly we can see the dash cam picture that was supposedly taken on the day of the incident but the fence seen in-front of the SUV has the new style that was installed months after the Johns death. Fence was solid on the 29th.

Somehow I believe that Proctor poorly attempted to scrub and delete the HOS LONG search using some of the State Police softwares for Cellphone Investigation. Thats why it is coming up as mysteriously deleted and all are unable to determine who and how it was done. #fkr

CELLPHONE-aka Police’s BFF, especially if you are gathering and documenting evidence. Why? As seen in this case Police has a problem documenting found evidence in reports, so by taking a pic the metadata notes the location,time and date. If not then it’s officers word only #FKR
