Maine's adult autism program must be handled separately because the patients are real.
As I said on Fox & Friends this weekend, prosecution is not the solution when the fraud rate is > 50%. That is the case with Medicaid home health care. The Trump administration must end the whole program by revoking all states' waivers for the "personal services" billing code.
