We are excited to bring the Deadlock community a wide range of in-person events throughout this year and the next! We've detailed some of our plans below and are excited to hear back from the community on which types of events you guys want to see next!

ALT The Future of Guildlock Thank you to everyone who attended our Flagship Invitational Guildlock event in August and to all those interested in attending our Draft tournament in November. We would like to take to the time to lay out the Roadmap and plans for Guildlock in 2026 and 2027. We plan to host a yearly invitational similar to our first event in August. This event is planned for October 2027 and will run for multiple days. It will also include all of our community events like the cosplay competition and a full artist alley. In the months leading up to our invitational we plan on hosting a variety of smaller-scale, casual, community focused events, the first of which is our Draft Tournament on November 8th. We also have plans for a December charity event and a local tournament series starting at the beginning of 2027. It's our hope that these events can better serve the local Deadlock community, provide consistent in-person events for all skill levels, and drive up hype for our

MEET THE RAT KING!
1st Ability: Scrap Grenade - Throw a grenade of scrap that detonates multiple times, dealing bullet damage and applying slow
2nd Ability: Rat Swarm - Call forth a swarm of rats that leap onto enemies, dealing spirit damage over time and reducing their bullet resist with every bite. The more rats are attached the faster they will bite the target. Enemies can have multiple rats attached, but can shake off a rat early by performing a ground or air dash.
3rd Ability: Royal Pestments - Adorn scrappy armor, gaining barrier based on your max health. As long as the armor holds, bullets have a chance to be deflected back towards the attacker.
Ultimate: Rule, Ratannia! - Charge up and summon the banner of Ratannia, granting all nearby allies increased move speed, immunity from slows, and reduced incoming damage while near the banner. Slam the banner into the ground causing the sewers below to violently erupt, dealing bullet damage while applying knockup and slow to all enemies in the area. Rats will swarm out of the sewers, applying Rat Swarm to the enemies they hit.
