Today is National Schizophrenia Awareness
Day. Schizophrenia affects millions worldwide, but
compassionate listening and support can make a
significant difference. Bethel's Rapha Service is here to
provide the mental health support you need.
It's International Self-Care Awareness Day on the 24th! To celebrate that, we're giving you a week-long tips and tricks to care for your mental health. Day 1 is tagged Self-Care Monday and for today, we are encouraging you all to 'Practice Mindfulness'. More details in the photo.
As a charity, our volunteers are the lifeline of our organisation. They commit their time, energy and resources to help us make an impact in our community and reach more people.
