Instinct has become insanely slow. Completely switched over to Muse day-to-day.

I also have my openclaw for sensitive stuff, private account logins, and persistent long-term threads

for day-to-day casual stuff I kind of like how single-threaded muse/instinct are

I also have my own openclaw setup. But I still reach for Muse/Instinct for travel planning / itineraries / pricing because that's what I feel like those things are supposed to be great at

I wonder if it’s bc of compute or scaling iMessage based chat

Muse is honestly so good and useful it's kind of scary. Meta really cooked with this

Instinct will be remembered as nothing but a massive incinerator of investor capital.

Switched today too. Biggest fumble of the decade scaling too quickly and not being able to support it. They should’ve gone the Superhuman route and scaled more slowly with invite only. The only thing I’m missing from Muse is letting my and my wife’s agent talk to each other. Was really useful for when I got an email MFA code or she ordered something with one of my accounts and I didn’t have my phone on me.

💯. I think they are in a tricky place. If they scale too fast the service suffers and they lose customers. If they don’t scale too fast, then too they lose to Muse and other agents who have unlimited compute. They need a big tech co to help compete. Brutal!
