📌 If your GLP journey is only being measured by body weight, you’re missing half the experiment. Waist BP Strength RHR Sleep Bloodwork Photos Some of my favourite changes happened outside the scale.

Posting on social media solely for “engagement” is so gay, mainly because it’s a slippery slope into losing your soul. The spark behind the creation vanishes before you know what’s hit you

If you were to go back in time and start any GLP again, which one would you go for Reta or Tirz?

On TRT I want to go to the gym just for the sake of the pumps And the aggression that kicks in randomly in the middle of the set Workouts are super fun now

People prefer Ozempic over Mounjaro just because it’s way cheaper They think Ozempic still gets the job done and it’s very affordable, so why pay more for Mounjaro Now Mounjaro already works great and convincing people to pay a premium for Eli Lilly Reta is hard They need to come up with some great marketing to price Reta at a premium
I dont see EL Reta being extraordinarily expensive. It’s great but it’s not *that much* greater than Tirz so no one is going to pay significantly more out of pocket for Reta if a cheap Tirz option is available Prices will be driven down quickly!

While there is nothing innately wrong with being childless, there is a lack of existential investment in the future to come. People who might have had kids only because of social pressure are electing not to, Those who are, they are far more legacy minded and long term thinkers. The next 20-30 years will be a selection event like no other, the future belongs to those who show up

Eloralintide is an amylin receptor agonist (amylin is normally secreted by the pancreas after eating) It was combined with Tirz in a phase 1, had more weight loss than Reta did. I said this last year, being obese will be a CHOICE from this point out, the range of GLPs will keep increasing for even the most stubborn of metabolisms

Five months ago I thought success on Reta would look like: eat way less → lose a ton of weight Now it looks more like: eat enough → train hard → sleep → repeat Less exciting but much better

People think they need to stop working out and stay out of the gym for months the moment they get injured But a good rehab protocol and careful exercise selection will help you get back on track soon This Client came with a shoulder injury and stopped working out for months After a month of working with me he is slowly getting back on track I’m not an expert on serious injuries or rehab protocols But I know how to work around most basic injuries in the gym Note : His doctor is taking care of the medical interventions and physiotherapy I’m taking care of his Training and Nutrition Also he is not using any peptides at all
