Another day, another delay! @flipkartsupport called and emailed promising an update within 24 hours on delivery or cancellation. The product is again out for delivery but hasn’t reached me. I don’t want it anymore. Cancel my order and refund my money immediately!

They send SMS for our of delivery, but there is no delivery attempt from there store and after some time they will show delivery reschedule to next day. It is happening from last 10 days

People should choose Cash on Delivery (COD) so they can cancel if there’s a delay and order the same product from Amazon instead. I’m speaking from my own experience.

Pathetic service by @Flipkart Their support executives are worse. All they do is lie. They go to any length to convince you so that you would end the call. That's it, that's their resolution. "They are looking for resolution" is the resolution.

This is getting out of hand now @Flipkart @flipkartsupport Flipkart’s service has become extremely frustrating. Orders are repeatedly delayed, delivery dates keep getting extended, and sometimes orders are cancelled after making customers wait for days. #CustomerHarassment

Nothings gonna happen they ask you to dm them then the bot replies the same answers in loop, no significant answers , customer care says wait 24 h , then they never call you that's flipkart for it's customers.

Flipkart is fakekart.. @flipkartsupport It's very simple to log complaint against them in dispute resolution portal of government, let them learn lession after receiving penalties from concerned authorities. Logging complaint is very easy just require few details.
