Dolly’s death hit me hard today. I visited Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee with my kids and granddaughter in 2023. We saw a couple of dinner theater shows that her Dollywood performers did an outstanding job on. That trip gave us some great memories. I can’t help but wish that she wasn’t the 80 year old that died today, that it was the orange pedo rapist. Life is not fair sometimes. Grateful for all the generous philanthropic work that Dolly did. Her music will live on forever but her greatest legacy will be her Dollywood Foundation and her Imagination Library.
