WHAT IS OUR PLAN and ROADMAP? It's been hiding in plain sight this entire time. @EasyA_Kickstart made it simple to launch an Idea Token and then earn fees to build it into a business. We're doing the same thing for AI Agents. No code. No API keys. Just describe the agent you want, it launches on BITAGENTS Platfrom using @capix_ai and is governed by @LaunchCovenant Governance model, others can use it and you can take the fee's just like on EasyA Kickstarter. This is the plan that we've been working on and our current Agents are the building blocks. Timeline is by the end of August everything should be live for the Marketplace, now we have multiple MVP's getting tested by early Angel Users Our Headline from day 1 when we launched said "The Marketplace For Autonomous AI Agents" Now you know why. I went to the Customer Onboarding Hackathon on Saturday and this was the most useful Hackathon for anyone building a startup. @perlegobooks are trying to increase their conversion rate for their subscription since they have no Free tier. Our job was to make that experience amazing and increase the conversion rate. I learnt more about the customer experience and how we should design a system to get the best the most amount of paying users, and the end of the day if you don't get paying customers or some sort of cashflow, your startup will die. To make startups better at this I encountered @DoriSimulate which is a tool every single startup needs to use ASAP. It simulates the user onboarding experience and looks at every single thing in your website which adds friction and notifies you exactly where the user will drop off the page resulting in not signing up or starting the subscription. You may have the best product/service in the world, but if your website lacks the step by step model on how a user thinks which results in a sign up, your startup will not go far. The image below show's the website that I made for the hackathon had a score of 73 and it generated a CSV file which every step that the simulation done and where exactly my website was lacking in. Honestly this is the best tool I've seen in a long time and every startup from @ycombinator should use it. Well done to @AtabakiMahshid and @amin_ahmos for the amazing hackathon.

Later in the day, there was an Open House Fireside chat with @richardmuirhead and Alex(@byteofbits) CTO of @attio Best Fireside chat I've been to in a long long time, I knew nothing about Attio and it's journey, but I think these guys will catchup up to SalesForce and Hubspot soon, Alex talked about the agility of a startup to quickly build, test and deploy to customers can make a huge difference in getting a chunk of a market quickly, legacy companies are slow in that. In the age of AI, I think building quickly can allow startups to catch up to big institutions much quicker than before, we have less resources but being agile can make a big difference. Great chat, great people and great catchups with many others.

Since the beginning we have had 1 Hot wallet(Agent Wallet) that has done every transaction for our Agents. This has worked greatly and we have transacted over 60 SOL in Volume on our platform doing it this way. However, this is not Scalable and today we'll have our first major Backend upgrade towards the Marketplace which will be every single user and every agent will have a Unique wallet that is Linked directly to their Phantom Wallet. We will be using Circle Developer Controlled Wallets. From the Users side you have to do nothing, this migration will do everything, all Agent wallet balances will be transferred automatically when the Migration happens. This will happen in the next 24 hours, and it should be seamless, you can continue using the platform normally. First Big Step into the Marketplace
