Announcement on the Launch of the BitMart User Engagement Portal
Dear BitMart Users,
Further to our announcement of September 9, 2026 regarding the appointment of Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M") as BitMart's financial adviser, we confirm that the dedicated user feedback portal is now live.

What the portal is for
The portal is a single, centralized channel for users to submit questions, concerns, and feedback regarding withdrawal arrangements, our near-term action plan, and BitMart's future direction. Submissions will be reviewed and taken into account in the ongoing assessment being conducted by BitMart together with A&M and our legal advisers.
How to submit
1. Open the portal link above.
2. In the issue type menu at the top of the form, select "User Engagement Portal." Please do not select any other issue type. Submissions filed under other categories will be handled as routine support tickets and will not be routed into this process.
3. Enter your email address. If you are a BitMart user, please use the email address registered to your account so that we can match your submission to your records. This is required so that we can reach you if follow-up is needed. Your BitMart ID is optional, but providing it helps us understand the context of your submission.
4. Under Enquiry category, select the option that best matches your submission: Withdrawal-related enquiry, General feedback, Potential investor or restructuring proposal, or Others.
5. Enter a subject and description. Please be as specific and factual as possible, and include relevant dates or transaction references where applicable.
6. Attach supporting files if relevant (optional), then click Submit.
7. Your submission is not complete at this point. You will see an on-screen notice asking you to verify your email address, and you will receive a verification email from support@bitmart.zendesk.com. Click the link in that email to complete your submission.
8. Once verified, your submission is filed automatically and you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket number. If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note
· Please submit only one ticket per issue. Duplicate submissions will not accelerate review and will slow down processing for all users.
· Given the volume of correspondence we are receiving, we may not be able to respond to every submission individually. Every submission is nonetheless recorded and reviewed, and important issues of general concern will be addressed through subsequent announcements and communications.
· The portal is a channel for collecting user concerns and feedback. It is not a channel for individually processing withdrawals, and submitting a ticket does not in itself change the status of any account or asset.
· Information submitted through the portal will be accessed by BitMart and its advisers for the purposes of the ongoing assessment, and will be retained in accordance with BitMart's data retention policy.
· BitMart will never ask you for your password, 2FA codes, private keys, or seed phrases. Please never share them with anyone.
· Please be alert to impersonation. The link above, published through BitMart's official channels, is the only official feedback portal. Verification and confirmation emails relating to the portal are sent only from support@bitmart.zendesk.com. Please disregard any other "feedback," "claims," or "asset recovery" link or contact claiming to act on BitMart's behalf.
We will continue to provide updates on a rolling basis regarding the action plan, the ongoing assessment, and the appointment of an independent third party to oversee operations and the safekeeping of assets during this period.

Update on the Appointment of Alvarez & Marsal as Financial Adviser and Near-Term Action Plan
Dear BitMart Users,
Following careful consideration, BitMart has appointed Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M") as its external financial adviser. A&M will assist BitMart and its legal advisers in conducting an assessment of BitMart’s financial position, stakeholder issues and arrangements for orderly withdrawals, assist in evaluating available options, and support the development of a near-term action plan.
With A&M now engaged, BitMart intends to provide a further update within the next three weeks on a rolling basis regarding user feedback channels, the collection of user concerns, and the action plan. BitMart, together with A&M, will conduct an assessment of BitMart’s current operations, evaluate BitMart’s assets and financial position and assess potential paths forward, including the details of a possible orderly resumption of operations and alternative options that have been put forward by interested third parties, and take into account user feedback in this process.
In terms of immediate next steps:
· We are fully aware that users have significant concerns regarding withdrawal arrangements, asset status, and subsequent related procedures. All relevant data must be subject to verification by an independent financial adviser before being disclosed externally to ensure its accuracy and authenticity. This is the reason we engaged A&M. To facilitate the centralized collection of user opinions and feedback, BitMart will establish a dedicated web portal as a unified channel for comments on our action plan and future direction. Feedback received will be carefully considered and evaluated, and will be incorporated into our ongoing assessment and planning efforts. The link to the web portal will be made available and announced to all users via an official notice within 5 working days. As for important issues of general concern expressed by users on the portal, we will respond to them in due course through subsequent announcements and communications.
· BitMart also intends to appoint an independent third party in the near term to provide oversight of the company’s operations and safekeeping of assets during this period, helping to ensure that users’ interests remain protected.
We fully understand that the withdrawal restrictions imposed over the past period have inevitably caused unease, disappointment, and even anxiety among our users. We understand the inconvenience this has caused, and we greatly value our users’ right to express their concerns through reasonable and lawful channels.
At the same time, we sincerely call on all parties to maintain rational communication and to express their views and demands through lawful and appropriate means. We particularly hope to avoid any acts of harassment, threats, or invasion of personal privacy directed at individual employees. Over the past nine years, our users have always been the foundation of BitMart’s growth. Without our users, BitMart would not exist as it does today.
At this stage, our primary focus is on addressing the issues at hand and developing a near-term action plan. With the support of advisers, we also intend to establish a more structured, transparent, and constructive framework for communication and engagement with our users, and will provide regular progress updates.

Update Regarding BitMart’s Potential Restructuring and Business Resumption Plan
Dear BitMart Users,
We are writing to update you on developments further to our announcement dated 26 July 2026. We appreciate the community’s patience during this period.
Following further discussions with members of the community, our stakeholders and professional advisers, BitMart is developing a potential restructuring plan as an alternative to a full wind-down. The potential plan may include the phased resumption of certain operations in an orderly manner alongside distributions to creditors, subject to further legal, financial, operational and regulatory assessment. To support this process, BitMart has appointed White & Case as its restructuring counsel. White & Case will work alongside BitMart’s other professional advisers to evaluate the available options and assist in developing the potential restructuring plan, including any framework for the phased resumption of operations.
A roadmap is currently being developed together with our advisers and we will endeavour to provide a further update by no later than 9 September 2026.
We will endeavour to provide further information to the community on a rolling basis as soon as it is available, and we ask for your patience and understanding while this work is carried out. We expect to consult with the community on any business resumption plan once it is launched.
