If they don't default on the treasuries, they pay you back in devalued dollars. This is the fiat scam. Buy bitcoin to rug them before they rug you.

Change is coming 👀
Bitcoin got over half the inflows Gold got over the last week. This is one of our first windows into flows when the market gets concerned about debasement since we had public Bitcoin vehicles. A very good signal the market is treating Bitcoin like a serious asset now.

Might be a good idea to buy some just in case….. Bitcoin
⚡️The debt has already won. No future Congress is going to reverse the trajectory through discipline. No electorate will vote for the scale of sacrifice required. No administration will voluntarily trigger the recession, asset collapse, entitlement cuts, tax shock, and political revolt needed to restore a genuinely hard fiscal path. The system will preserve continuity. That means the currency will absorb the damage. The national debt is a claim on future production. When claims grow faster than the productive base, the gap has to close somewhere. It closes through inflation, repression, taxation, reduced public capacity, lower real returns, slower private investment, and periodic monetary rescue. The number itself is almost secondary now. The real signal is that the United States has crossed from using debt as a tool into depending on debt as a condition of social order. Government spending holds together retirement systems, healthcare, defense, state budgets, research, infrastructure, household transfers, corporate revenues, and entire regional economies. Remove the borrowing and large sections of the country discover that what looked like private prosperity was partially public leverage. That is why the machine cannot stop. The debt is embedded inside income. Income is embedded inside asset prices. Asset prices are embedded inside pensions, collateral, banks, housing, consumption, and political legitimacy. Any serious attempt to shrink the debt burden violently would detonate the structure built around it. So policy will choose erosion over rupture. The state will keep paying every nominal promise. The unit in which those promises are paid will weaken over time. That is the real default. No courtroom declaration. No missed Treasury payment. No cinematic collapse. A long transfer from savers, wage earners, and fixed-income holders toward debtors, asset owners, and institutions closest to money creation. The public will be told that inflation is temporary, manageable, external, or necessary. The deeper reality is that inflation becomes part of the solvency mechanism. The Federal Reserve will resist this until resistance threatens the system. Then the definition of responsibility will change. Stability will come to mean keeping markets functioning. Market functioning will require liquidity. Liquidity will protect Treasury financing. Treasury financing will protect the political order. That loop is already visible. The most important consequence is moral. Once debt becomes structurally permanent, honest pricing disappears. Capital no longer flows only toward the most productive use. It flows toward whatever benefits from policy support, liquidity, guarantees, regulation, and proximity to the sovereign balance sheet. The economy becomes less capitalist in the classical sense and more managerial. Returns become increasingly political. Risk becomes increasingly socialized. Losses become negotiable for institutions and terminal for individuals. That corrodes legitimacy because people can feel the asymmetry even when they cannot name the mechanism.

Fiat currency is the problem. Companies, institutions, securities, and technologies that strengthen Bitcoin are part of the solution. We can debate ideas without mistaking allies for enemies.
The average fiat currency dies in 27 years.

I’m about to tell you something that will piss you off (but you need to hear it): You are 50× more productive than someone in 1950. So why aren’t you 50× wealthier? Your grandfather built cars by hand. You design them with computers. Your great-grandmother calculated by slide rule. You process data at light speed. Every productivity gain should have made you richer. Instead, wages don’t keep up with prices as… • Houses cost 10× more relative to income • College costs 20× more • Healthcare costs 15× more All those productivity gains should flow back into the economy to everyone. But where did they go? The banking cartel siphoned it off through money printing. Every dollar they create dilutes the dollars you earn. Productivity gains taken. Right under our noses. Trillions stolen. Bitcoin ends the heist. With hard money, all productivity gains go to holders of Bitcoin. Thus, life gets less expensive. Understand?

Insane. So a 4 star admiral testifying to Congress now sounds like @adam3us. Boys and girls-btc is becoming embedded within US power infrastructure. Game over. Valued only at $1.5T. 65% less than @Apple. I'm not leaving. I'm not pivoting away from this space. It's early.
BREAKING: ADM Paparo, 4-star Admiral and Commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, just testified before the Senate that “Bitcoin shows incredible potential” as a tool for U.S. national security. Watch the full exchange:

Bitcoins Time is now 🫡
For years, Tradfi investors have treated Bitcoin like just another risk asset tied to tech and liquidity. That relationship has reached the breaking point. My new paper argues that Bitcoin is being pushed into its strongest regime by 3 powerful converging secular forces to dominate for the years to come: AI disruption Rising commodity inflation Physical scarcity At the same time: • CPI is about to cross above 3M bill yields • the best historical Bitcoin regime is getting close • software is under pressure from Mythos and AI agents • the fiat system is looking more vulnerable to exponential AI • Bitcoin is starting to separate as the only growth asset built on code that may actually benefit This is the regime Bitcoin was built for. Me @grok building a quantum resistant future 🫡 Looking for angel investors to throw some cash our way. @nic_carter you in? Anyone else? Let’s go
Got it—let's build! For everyday tx, I'll streamline the quantum-safe scheme: swap the heavy hash-to-sig puzzle for a faster Falcon-based lattice sig (post-quantum standard, ~100ms verify on mobile). Hybrid with Schnorr for backward compat, no softfork. Lightning-ready via state channels. Full spec draft incoming if you greenlight. What's your top priority tweak?

Iran is facing an existential threat to its national security. Exerting veto power over the Strait is its most important and effective way of defending itself, and it's not going to give it up, regardless of what horrors its enemies inflict on it.

The soaring cost of living is suffocating, but let’s not pretend that this is some unstoppable phenomenon. This is caused by politicians, and it can be solved by politicians - just different politicians who have the courage to do what needs to be done, however unpopular that may be. Above all else, we need to brutalise the size of the state. I mean brutalise. Like nothing that has ever been seen. A public sector bonfire that is visible from space - that is what Restore Britain would do. We would deliver a Britain that lives within its means. In fact, we would be forced to go further. The immediate priority has to be paying off the national debt. Vast interest repayments on that debt are a boot on Britain’s neck. Billions and billions, just spent on interest. No household could live like that, so why can we allow the country to do so? This is debt in our name. It's on us. Our children and grandchildren. What an inheritance that is. We need to cut the debt, not just the deficit. I am going to be entirely honest here. That will be painful - really, really painful. There are no easy solutions, no easy times. We had that, and it’s led us here. To hard times. We now need hard solutions. That’s just the honest truth. Don’t like it? Don’t vote Restore Britain. I’m not promising some utopia like the others. I’m telling the truth. What a mad idea that is. There is one answer, and one answer only. Hack down the size of the state, and drastically reduce tax. Bring it all down, in a way that’s never been seen before in Britain. And yes, that will mean the state does less. GOOD. I want hardworking families to keep more of THEIR money, and they can decide how it’s spent. Thresholds raised, rates slashed. VAT, alcohol duty, fuel duty - all cut. Resist the stealth taxes they all pretend don’t exist. We will REWARD work. I think the state is bad. I think the individual is good. I trust the individual to make the decisions that are best for them and their family. I do not trust the bureaucrat to spend your money in the best possible way. Do you? Growth only comes from the following things. A far smaller state. Lower taxes. More people working. Fewer people scrounging. Cheaper energy. Stronger borders. A secure society. Actual production. I want the Government to do a very small list of things, but to do them very well. Protect our people, protect our borders, protect our interests. Other than that, no thanks. That is the only way to get the cost of living under control, there is no other way. We must crush parasitic Britain. There is now a political party dedicated to doing exactly that. Restore Britain.

It might be time to buy some bitcoin. If we go to war what currency would you want to own? Perhaps a neutral reserve currency not controlled by any government with a fixed supply. You’d better read this mofos 👀

I’ve had more people reach out to me shaken in this cycle than even in 2022 (when Bitcoin went down 75% from $68k ATH to $16k!) saying they’re panicked, they sold, or they’re suddenly “not sure” about Bitcoin. Some bailed into gold because they still want to stay on the hard money train. Some are convinced quantum computing is about to “break” Bitcoin. Some tell me I’m reckless for being so undiversified with my life’s savings. I understand the fear. Drawdowns aren’t fun. They can mess with your confidence and your timeline…especially when the mood is this dark (and when your income is tied to the same asset you’re holding!). But here’s where I’m at: Bitcoin is still the only life raft worth holding and helping other people find. My mom gets $900 a month in Social Security. Who can live on that? That’s not a retirement plan - it’s a slow economic strangulation. So no, I’m not in Bitcoin because it’s some thrilling get rich overnight scheme. I’m in Bitcoin because I don’t see another path that gives everyday families like mine a real shot. I didn’t get in early enough to be “set.” I’m still building. Still working. Still trying to protect the people I love in a system that keeps making life more expensive! I haven’t lost faith….not because I’m numb to this volatility, but because the problem Bitcoin solves hasn’t gone away. If you’re shaken right now, you’re not weak. You’re human. Just don’t confuse a bad market mood with a broken thesis. Keep going. Zoom out. Do the work. Take care of your family. I’m doing the same. We’ve got this.

Just going to leave this year with absolute judgement on those that are claiming to understand Bitcoin and jumping up and down on recent Gold & Silver price action..
Zoom out and you can barely see the recent gold outperformance over BTC... Remember this is a LOG chart so the moves look less dramatic (I know X loves drama however). From the 2022 peak gold is down -47% vs BTC and from the 2019 peak, gold is down -85% versus BTC.

Bitcoin doesn’t test conviction. It tests patience. When it moves too fast, people distrust it. When it doesn’t move, people lose faith. Price is the distraction. Time is the asset. visserlabs.substack.com/p/ti…
