I’m beyond excited to see ppl receiving justice out of Elkhart,IN. An I want that so bad for my brother Delando Gilbert all the proof and evidence is there and it’s now been 24 yrs for him since 2002! I just wish someone would tell me what to do like how do I get justice for him

Here’s what on my mind…I’m done being quiet 🤫 about my brother Delando Gilbert case. He deserves just as much noise about his case as the next. He is innocent! How can a prosecutor withhold evidence? Like you convict him of murder. All I ask is test the evidence or show results

That whole thing upsets me to my core. Because JJ Ivory set my brother Delando Gilbert up about a murder he didn’t commit and then he got promoted. He told my Aunt Silva he made a mistake by pinning this murder on this young black man whom he had no idea was Silva’s nephew

That cost my brother his life. That day my brother lost his voice. They forged his signature and he said he will never write ✍️ his name again and he doesn’t . He goes by his favorite rapper Calvin Broadus Aka Snoop Dogg and he stopped talking because he didn’t trust anyone.

In March of 2002 they NEVER tested the knife 🔪 the evidence that would free my brother it was sent off to Indiana State Police Lab but that’s it . We did get no results or nothing. They kept him on a forged signed confession he stated he NEVER wrote ✍️ . Only in Elkhart,IN
