As someone with a 700+ day drawing streak, this guide is exactly the mentality you need to have going in if you want to create stuff daily!
The only thing I would add/emphasize is to make sure you're resting properly, taking breaks (yes, even when you're in the flow state and don't want to stop), and stretching your hands frequently!
Additionally, please make sure you're using proper techniques when creating (using your arm more than your wrist) as that helps reduce strain and the risk of carpal tunnel!
Also try not to shrimp and pay attention to your posture, achy backs suck :3c
