0/5: The Idea Phase You can't build the project you want to build, you have to build the project people need. Does this project (not the NFTs) solve a problem people actually care about? Create a Minimum-Viable-Product that is constantly validated by your ideal token holders.

1/5: Go-To-Market Approach Ideas and promises are great and everything, but you need to be realistic. What skillsets, connections, following, and budget do you have to build momentum today? Lay out your resources and identify where the highest-leverage opportunities exist.

2/5: Building Hype & Anticipation It takes a community to build a community. How are you going to get your audience engaged by spreading meaningful discussions around the value of this community? Take a marketing approach that people are going to remember your project by.

3/5: Driving Scarcity & FOMO When your potential token holders seek the project, rather than marketers seeking the potential token holders. How are you going to 'Reverse Market' to an audience the fact that not everyone will get in? Position who this project is and IS NOT for.

4/5: The Launch Day The most stressful (yet rewarding) phase you will come across if everything is executed correctly. How are you going to qualify a developer to code the function of this NFT project? To ensure a smooth mint, establish helplines to provide customer support.

5/5: Real-World Applications & Utility When the real work begins (this is technically day zero). Did everything check off what you promised to provide to your holders? If so, the focus is on sustainability by adding value to new and existing token holders for decades to come.
