Devil's advocate thoughts here. You have to be convinced the 2026 Ravens + Nelson are true Super Bowl contenders for it to make sense. If the offense can score at will with a solid OL...
If not, the rental + comp pick path doesn't make sense, and a long-term deal could be tough.
Expecting a lot of people to say the Ravens should have been in on this, especially given the price. Already moved a 2 for Jurgens and Nelson is on an expiring deal, but he probably nets a comp pick if he walks in FA.
Long story short: yeah, I would've done this one.
