It’s how the absurd becomes normal. It just became normal to trudge through the grass and board a helicopter over and over that had landed in the grass. We watched it 1000’s of times. And it became normal even though it was absurd!

We were keeping the Presidential limo in a lean-to carport on the other side of the White House, had a gravel driveway up to the front door of the White House, and have been landing Air Force One on turf landing strips until Trump came along. Oh wait...
