I turn 30 tomorrow. As I reflect on the past decade of my life I look back with a ton of appreciation for the me of the past.
At 20 I started working at the company that would change my financial life forever. I work in a commission based field where the harder you work the more you earn. During COVID when many were suffering, i was one of the lucky few who did well during it.
I also met my wife who is an amazing Pediatrician and mother. Thanks to her career choice, our cashflow inbound is high. In a world where we are encouraged to build brick by brick, we have been blessed to be able to build row by row. One incredible feat of ours was we managed to get ALL her student debt paid off... in 2 short years!
At 25 we bought our first property. At 27 we bought our house we are in now. We were able to keep the condo we bought first as a rental. Ive leaned the magic of passive income as a result.
Our 401Ks have run to monstrous levels as well, building a solid foundation to which we can be more risk on in our brokerage account as we look to lay a solid foundation for our family
Lessons have been learned along the way as well. Options trading and margin are for the gamblers. Ive lost money as a result but the lessons learned from those mistakes will help me build a legacy for my family for the long term.
As I reflect on the past 10 years, I do so with an abundance of appreciation for my past self. Had I not laid the ground work then, I would not be where I am now. Time is the biggest ally or enemy we have in life and im glad i learned that lesson fast and early.
Through rental, 401k, brokerage ( $RKLB), and debt management, we have managed to build a NW of over 500,000 dollars before i hit 30. My soon to be 30 YO self is very thankful for the foundation my 20s gave me.
So here is to my 20s and the blessing it has been and to my 30s for the excitement to come. I just hope I make my 40 YO self proud.

These cuts stemmed from efforts of DOGE under Trump 2.0. Congrats to the "Pro Life" party on saving a couple bucks at the expense of the most vulnerable.

Outer space is fun. Thats why I love following @RocketLab $RKLB and @SpaceX $SPCX. You have to be crazy to not invest in the next great frontier for humanity.. @elonmusk and @Peter_J_Beck literally are changing the course of humanity for the better and I couldn't be more confident buying both companies stock.

Yeah lets elect the party that let inflation, especially energy prices get out of control. Lets allow the endless war party back in power so they can continue to do nothing with it.

Love that $RKLB Hungry Hippo
Neutron operations are busy on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Our Hungry Hippo fairing has wrapped up pre-flight testing at our Assembly and Integration Complex while down the road at Launch Complex 3, we've completed installation of the ~10m test stand for Neutron's second stage. Neutron's thrust module will be directly tested on the launch mount itself, to verify rocket-to-launch mount interfaces ahead of full vehicle tests on the pad.

Rocket Lab has filed a formal protest with the Government Accountability Office challenging NASA’s award decision for the Mars Telecommunications Network.
NASA’s award decision appears to be inconsistent with the eligibility criteria mandated by Congress. In addition, the agency’s punitive review of Rocket Lab's technical volume was inconsistent, making incorrect assertions and conclusions.
Procurement standards exist to ensure fair competition and protect public investment. We are pursuing this review to ensure those standards are upheld for critical infrastructure that will underpin American exploration at Mars for decades to come.
