EXCLUSIVE: Cuban Illegal Unleashed by Biden Charged With Stabbing Man to Death in Kentucky
An illegal alien released into the U.S. by the Biden regime is facing a slew of charges after a man was stabbed to death in Kentucky last week, the Department of Homeland Security has confirmed with Border Hawk.
On Sept. 18 at approximately 8:30 a.m., the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) responded to a domestic incident at an apartment building where they learned an injured man had been taken by private vehicle to a local hospital, WDRB reports.
Officers reportedly learned Lazaro David Munoz Soto, 37, was with a female at the residence when another man arrived to take the woman's children to school.
Witnesses told police Munoz Soto exited the apartment brandishing a knife and approached the other man while he was in his car.
Munoz Soto pounded on the windows until the man exited the vehicle, at which point he was stabbed in the stomach, according to an arrest citation.
The victim was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The woman reportedly told authorities she and Munoz Soto were in an "intimate relationship" but that he had choked her and threatened to kill her hours before the stabbing.
Munoz Soto admitted his involvement in the stabbing during questioning, LMPD says.
He was charged with murder, first-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree assault (domestic violence), terroristic threatening, and failure to appear.
"On September 18, ICE placed a detainer for Lazaro David Munoz Soto, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, with the Louisville Metro Police Department. Munoz Soto’s criminal history includes homicide, terroristic threat, domestic violence,and harboring escapee/fugitive. On March 25, ICE arrested Munoz Soto after placing a detainer with the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton, Ohio, two days prior. On June 5, Munoz Soto was released from custody after a judge ordered his release," a @DHSgov spokesperson told us.
"On June 26, 2024, Border Patrol encountered Munoz Soto after he illegally entered the country through Calexico, California. He was later released by the Biden administration."

Suspect Charged in Brutal Mackinac Island Sex Attack Is a Mexican National
A Mexican suspect is facing charges following a vicious sexual assault on Mackinac Island in Michigan last week, authorities have confirmed with Border Hawk.
The shocking attack unfolded at around 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 16.
A woman was walking alone in the vicinity of Main Street when she was ambushed by a male assailant.
"It was reported that the victim was walking alone when she was forced to the ground and assaulted," the Mackinac Island Police Department stated.
"The male suspect then fled the scene on foot."
The victim was treated for injuries at the Mackinac Island Medical Center.
Officers identified the suspect and took him into custody later that day.
Carlos Adrian Fernandez De Lara Jaimez, 30, was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct - 2nd Degree with Personal Injury and ordered held on $100,000 cash or surety bond.
“Carlos Adrian Fernandez De Lara Jaimez, an alien from Mexico, legally entered the country on April 28, 2026, through Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport on a temporary basis not to exceed October 31," @DHSgov told us in a statement.

Mexican Illegal Indicted for Shooting Dallas Officer With His Own Gun - DOJ
U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Ryan Raybould just announced that a grand jury has indicted Jose Santiago Pantoja-Morales, 27, for possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
On Aug. 6, Pantoja-Morales jumped out of a co-worker's vehicle and ran into the center median of the Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway in Dallas, according to a criminal complaint.
A Dallas Independent School District officer encountered Pantoja-Morales and offered to give him a ride to a secure location away from the highway.
During the journey, Pantoja-Morales allegedly began rifling through the officer's bag in the back seat of the patrol car.
The officer stopped and attempted to remove Pantoja-Morales from the vehicle, triggering a physical struggle.
The Mexican reportedly grabbed the officer's gun and fired a shot that struck the officer in the femoral artery of his right leg.
The officer recovered his weapon from Pantoja-Morales, who then fled on foot but was quickly apprehended by other officers.
Pantoja-Morales is pending transfer to federal custody and faces up to 15 years in federal prison if convicted.
“The illegal alien’s alleged actions in this case represent an attack on the rule of law and a direct threat to public safety,” said U.S. Attorney Raybould.
“Every day, we ask the men and women who wear the badge to stand between good and evil. It is my duty—and the duty of this office—to do all we can to protect those who protect us. Violence against an officer will not be tolerated, and we will pursue this prosecution with the utmost rigor to ensure full accountability.”

Mexican Illegals Charged in Drunk Driving Crash That Killed Man, Injured His 3-Year-Old Daughter in Texas
Federal authorities are seeking custody of two illegal aliens — including one who may have snuck across the Trump administration’s tight border — charged in a deadly drunk-driving collision in Texas.
The tragedy unfolded at around 7 p.m. on Sept. 12 in Comal County.
The New Braunfels Police Department (NBPD) was called to the scene of a head-on collision involving a pickup truck and sedan.
First responders discovered the driver of the sedan, identified as 27-year-old Alex “Bubba” Nunez, had died in the crash.
His 3-year-old daughter was hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to recover.
The driver of the pickup, identified as 25-year old Rafael Alejandro Arreguin-Ramirez, showed signs of alcohol impairment and was subsequently charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon following a blood draw.
“The passenger of the pickup truck, 23-year old Alejandro Aguillen-Acosta from Mexico, fled the scene of the accident on foot into a nearby neighborhood. Officers were able to quickly locate the man hiding in a garage,” NBPD explained in a statement.
Aguillen-Acosta was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention and Criminal Trespass of a Habitation.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has now confirmed that both suspects are citizens of Mexico who are in the U.S. illegally.
Arreguin-Ramirez illegally entered the U.S. at an unknown location and date.
Aguillen-Acosta was caught illegally entering Texas in March 2023 and accepted voluntary return.
In January 2025, he illegally reentered the U.S. via New Mexico but was again deported.
He illegally entered the U.S. for a third time at an unknown location and date.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged detainers against both men.
“These two illegal aliens from Mexico have been charged with intoxicated manslaughter, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and evading arrest for their involvement in a fatal head-on collision in Texas that killed a man and injured a 3-year-old,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.
“Alex Nunez should still be alive today because this tragedy was completely preventable. ICE has lodged detainers asking our partners in Texas to cooperate with us so that these criminals can be removed from our country after they face justice. My thoughts and prayers are with Alex Nunez’s family, as well as for the child’s speedy recovery.”

Foreign Males Caught With Kidnapped Teen After Wrong Turn Onto Canadian Border Bridge
Two men are facing kidnapping charges after they were caught at the Canadian border with an abducted child, authorities say.
The disturbing bust unfolded on Saturday near Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) stopped a vehicle after the driver mistakenly turned onto the Sault Ste. Marie International Bridge and then attempted to re-enter Ontario, SooLeader reports.
Authorities found a 15-year-old girl inside the car who had been reported missing, along with two adult males.
“An investigation revealed the two accused had picked up the youth earlier that day and would not allow them to leave the vehicle,” CBSA explained in a press release.
Officers learned the men had been planning to bring the victim to a hotel before they made the wrong turn.
Sahan Alam, 40, of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and Hasan Al-Mamun, 29 of Sudbury, Ontario, were arrested and each charged with kidnapping.
The victim was reunited with her mother.
“As this matter remains before the courts and involves a youth victim, no further details about the circumstances leading up to the incident will be released," CBSA stated.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) just revealed that a similar incident unfolded last month at another international bridge connecting Michigan and Canada.
On Aug. 29, an Afghan national with U.S. permanent residency was caught transporting an underage girl at the Blue Water Bridge in Port Huron, Michigan.
The child was rescued and the suspect was taken into custody by the Kalamazoo Police Department.

BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.
Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

SCOOP: Texas Father Finds Naked Illegal Alien in His Children's Bedroom
A Mexican suspect was arrested after being caught hiding naked in the bedroom of two children in Texas last week, according to reports.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has confirmed with Border Hawk that the man is in the U.S. illegally.
On Sept. 15, the McGregor Police Department was called to a residence to investigate a home intrusion, Fox 44 reports.
Officers arrived to find an adult male blocked in a closet by the homeowner, who told police he had found the man in a bedroom with his son and daughter.
The suspect and both juveniles were unclothed when the father encountered them after being roused by his wife.
The daughter told her parents she had let the man into the house but repeatedly stated that there had been no sexual contact, according to an arrest affidavit.
Officers arrested the man, who was reportedly uncooperative and claimed to be 19 years old while refusing to provide identity information.
He was booked into McLennan County Jail on two counts of indecency with a child – exposes, and one count each of burglary of habitation and failure to identify – giving false or fictitious information.
Authorities later learned his name is David Refugio Lopez.
Refugio Lopez is a 28-year-old Mexican citizen who illegally entered the U.S. in March 2002.
"All of his claims will be heard by an immigration judge, and he will receive due process. This administration will not ignore the rule of law," a DHS spokesperson told Border Hawk.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged a detainer against Lopez and an investigation is ongoing.
