Our NO-HEAT project relied on strong partnerships with municipalities and community groups. Together, we combined heat data with local insights to understand and address heat exposure on our streets, sidewalks, and trails. Learn more: bostonmpo.org/no-heat

We also documented a day with students at Susan B. Anthony Middle School in Revere, hearing about their experiences and walking their routes around the school. That site is now home to a solar-powered, shaded table beside the playground on school grounds.
