MiniCrush - less steps than DKCrush If SB stent crush length (SB stent protrusion into MV) at distal carina ends up >= 2-3mm (=>SB diameter) [shallower bifurctn angle ➡️longer protrusion], I would favour DKCrush for easier recrossing for final KBI (to optimise stent config)

Great! Sometimes hard to get a really COV wit 2 pigtails (or wire + pigtail) for extreme angular ion. Congrats again! COV is definitely an alternative for BEV

Not a CTA integrated with the C-arm. We used pig tail and the deployment was at cusp overlap! This we learned w/ @vinesteves that master it. There were only 2 injections: one after BEV positioning and to check acces.

Same here about EV34. My Q was re COV/coplanar view (mandatory for BEV but not for EVR). Did u have CTA or just wire/pig tail + playing w C-arn?

Big annulus! So far in Brasil Evolut 34 doesn’t has a “skirt”. Due to intense valve calcification, we choose a BEV. TE echo was used to minimize dye.

Great results. So far SEV has been out default for severe CKD. Did u have CTA?
