In Daoist and Chinese medicine, the Liver is a Yin Zang organ (a yin storage organ that holds and safeguards vital substances). Blood is a major material root and yin foundation of the Liver and its functions. The Liver stores our blood and the liver Qi keeps the Qi and blood moving freely, so they don’t become bound up or stagnated. The following practice is wonderful for assisting these natural functions of the liver. It encourages both the movement of its Qi and its blood while continually returning nourishment back into it. First, on how to breathe in this : Breathe in, smoothly, through your nose and let your breath descend down rather than lifting it into your upper chest. Utilize your diaphragm in this. As your diaphragm descends, allow the entire lower ribcage to gently widen in a 360° expansion (like a circle) : front, sides and back. It should feel smooth and spacious rather than using a lot of force. Your belly can naturally accommodate the breath with some practice but, again, you don’t need to be fast and forceful for it to work. Then you simply allow your exhale to slowly release. With this, the diaphragm rises and the lower ribs gently draw back inward and the body softens. Try not to force either half / side of the breath. The whole thing should have an easy rhythm of expansion and return. Like an ocean tide. This gets easier with practice and as you go. Practice this for a few breaths before continuing so you get used to some diaphragmatic engagement. Now, on the inhale, breathe deeply down into the area of the Liver (remember to do the 360° expansion) and visualize blood flowing *out* of the Liver and onward throughout the body. Let the image in your mind just be : as you breathe in, the blood moves out. On the exhale, slowly let go and visualize fresh, healthy, abundant and rich blood flowing back *into* your liver and filling it completely. Again, just as you breathe out, see the liver properly and fully refilling and being nourished by that fresh blood. During this, keep your attention and visual down with your liver and with the movement of your blood. Your intention will and does lead the Qi. Especially useful if you have hormonal clearing issues or liver issues. You may also use whenever there is a hardness, adhesion, binding, mass, stagnation or scarring (or fibrotic tissue) in the liver (or in a diaphragm with same properties) as a helpful adjunct to your other care. This may even be helpful (over the long term) in things like connective tissue disorders as it assists our liver and blood, which assist in the nourishment of our sinew and tissues. The idea is to work with it repeatedly but gently. It helps to relieve and release and to soften and nourish. It helps to gently restore movement to this area of the body.

Spent last evening reading some pretty compelling older cases of both placebo and ‘no-cebo’ last night, including one that is pretty wild and even frightening, of a man in around the 1930s South (dates were slightly ambiguous on this - sometime between then and 60s) who, upon visiting a root doctor/conjure man in a cemetery, and having powder blown into his face by him (or a ‘foul smelling liquid’ waved under his nose) is told and becomes completely convinced that he was going to die and began to immediately weaken and decline. The places I read said: ‘About a week after this incident, Vanders (I’m thinking this probably a pseudonym) felt a pain in his stomach and went to bed. He stopped eating and grew steadily weaker until he was completely bedridden. Months passed and he lost more than fifty pounds.’ This goes from either a month to ‘months and months’ or even longer, depending on the sources I could find. His wife finally convinces him to see a doctor. The hospital couldn’t find a reason for his physical decline (initially suspects tuberculosis or advanced cancer) and were left totally uncertain of cause. After awhile his doctor decides to tell him that he found the doctor that originally did this and by force, made this doctor tell him what he had done (some sources say he really chased down this doctor and other sources say he only said he did this). He then, with some others’ help including family being around the bed, tells the man in a bed that he figured out what had been done and that the man had rubbed lizard eggs into his stomach somehow and they had hatched and that one of them was eating him from the inside out. Now for those that believe in curses (I do, deeply so and was actually trained in curses/spirit illness for over a decade) you might also be thinking well he’s cursed. This was my original thought too. But, the doctor ends up giving him a strong emetic and the man begins to violently vomit. The doctor then reaches into his bag and sneakily grabs a small lizard they bought from a pet shop and puts it with what he was purging. The sick man sees it, passes out and then sleeps and when he wakes up he immediately begins to recover and goes home having regained his strength within a week. // Another was a case In the early 1970s, a retired shoe salesman, called Sam Londe in most retellings (and Sam Shoeman in some), was diagnosed with cancer of the esophagus or liver. At that time this diagnosis was considered almost universally fatal. He had surgery to remove the tumor, but a follow up scan appeared to show cancer throughout his liver. Everyone involved in it treats this as a death sentence including patient, his wife and his doctors, family etc. He moves to Nashville and his physician takes over his care. In the version I found (which I couldn't fully confirm these smaller details of) Londe (the patient) tells Meador (his Dr) he wants to live through Christmas with his family. He does this and shortly after this he dies, roughly in the timeframe he'd been given. The autopsy performed after finds very little cancer. They find a single nodule about 2 cm across in his liver and in some versions, a small spot in one lung. The physicians believed it wasn't nearly enough to kill him and that there was no other widespread cancer. Meador (Dr) relays this story in a paper on the patient, on how his family and all his physicians knew the diagnosis and its dire prognosis and he writes on how firmly the patient believed he was dying and acted accordingly. His conclusion says, "He didn't die from cancer, but from believing he was dying of cancer" and he considers that he may have played a role in sending the patient to an early grave, etc I read some sources that say Joe Dispenza has written about this latter case in his book ‘You are the placebo’ // Both of these cases come from credible physicians and are considered to have happened though the cancer one is much better documented. H. pylori, Candida and things like parasites love Iron. It’s essential for their machinery to run. All of these can drop your own levels by competing for it + through the inflammation that’s caused, it can become trapped in storage. If yours stays low even after supplementing, it’s worth checking /looking into. Supplementation can be very complicated as many people may not have a true iron deficiency (wrote about this on here a few years ago, if you search iron) but an iron dysregulation. There are several other complicating factors which I’ll try to mention below. First, conventional + functional medicines typically treat an anemia of inflammation/chronic disease as being caused by elevated hepcidin from inflammation - which traps the iron in storage (a normal or high ferritin, low serum iron) and supplementing oral iron here often does little to nothing at all and can even feed someone’s inflammatory/infectious process substantially. And, hepcidin *is* the main driver, but the same inflammatory signals also blunt erythropoietin + shorten red blood cell lifespan. This iron ‘trapping’ is actually even partly protective, as the body will withhold iron on purpose to starve out a pathogen/pathogens (This is called nutritional immunity). Conventional medicine will often use IV iron here since it bypasses the blocked gut absorption. Taking iron in pill form is also quite oxidative. Whatever your gut doesn't absorb can irritate + inflame the gut lining and feed bad microbes (like the ones mentioned here). It can also cause constipation + nausea and compete with your zinc + copper. Every dose raises hepcidin for about a day too, which is why every other day dosing often absorbs better than daily and is starting to be recommended by functional MDs in many places. Moving now to Ferritin : Ferritin as a marker can also be misleading on its own because it's an acute phase reactant - it rises with inflammation or infection. Someone with H. pylori, SIBO or Candida can show a normal or a high ferritin level and still be iron deficient. To asses these things in Functional medicine, full panels (ferritin, serum iron, TIBC/transferrin saturation, soluble transferrin receptor, hepcidin if available, CRP) are often run (they should be run) rather than just supplementing on a ferritin marker alone. Here’s a list of things that typically/ actually help here in the case of iron issues and H. pylori, parasites and Candida : For iron issues :
A high quality Lactoferrin all the way. For H. pylori :
An eradication protocol can be helpful.
In conventional medicine, antibiotics might be given using a triple/quadruple therapy. Or, in a naturopathic/functional or herbal practice, a high quality mastic gum, DGL, berberine, raw chopped garlic, zinc carnosine, cranberry juice, wormwood (artemisia), oregano oil, matula tea + high dose probiotics might be used. For Candida :
Allicin (in raw garlic) has documented antifungal activity against Candida species in vitro (including an effect on their biofilm). Its biofilm effect is very important also since Candida's biofilm is part of why it's very hard to clear. If you're on a Candida regimen without one you may know this ;) I also love the product 'Intestin-ol' which is a blend of oregano, clove and thyme oil and it also has bio film effects. I also think here of things like monolaurin, biocidin, neem (not the oil, make sure you have an edible form), turmeric and tea tree (only take tea tree within a formulated blend like ‘biocidin’ or things like Solaray's yeast cleanse or use topically, never ever the straight oil swallowed). In regular protocols one might pick a product that's mixed with several of these or just 2-3 individual and a die off product like a binder. (Continued below) :👇🏻

Continued from above. For / against parasites : Garlic, again, is useful (particularly for certain helminths and protozoa) It’s often paired with wormwood and black walnut and cloves. You can search my anti parasite / anti parasitic protocol on this page. Other notes for you : Crush/chop your garlic, then let sit about 7 - 10 minutes before eating or cooking to maximize the allicin formation. Raw is (significantly) more potent than cooked but using cooked in meals as an addition is nice to do. Some people can't tolerate enough raw garlic to hit a therapeutic effect (can cause GI issues in some) which is sometimes why people use aged garlic instead (though aged garlic has very little allicin, so for antimicrobial purposes someone could use a stabilized allicin product). I do prefer garlic as an herb though when it's still fresh, raw and alive. Lastly, not enough practitioners appreciate that even herbs and supps can also wipe out flora over time, even if it's not as strongly as with a strong antibiotic. Be careful if you use garlic regularly that you aren't wiping out your biome over time. If careful, garlic can work absolute wonders (it's my favorite herb of all time for its efficacy in so many things, but requires some respect) On any detox or die off reactions that occur :
+ Molybdenum supports the body's detoxification of acetaldehyde, which is a byproduct of Candida die off that can cause brain fog and fatigue and related.
+ Milk thistle (crushed seeds) supports liver clearance during 'die off' phases
+ Activated charcoal or bentonite clay can sometimes be used short term. Take these 2+ hours away from iron, lactoferrin, supps + meds since they bind those too. *** If pregnant or if nursing (or trying to conceive), a lot of my above list needs a practitioner's guidance first. (wormwood, berberine, neem, black walnut, oregano oil + Intestin-ol included). (Stay hydrated & use sufficient fiber) <3

A little tip from an eastern practitioner : instead of just massaging your Acupuncture/acupressure points when you see them here and there on the internet for this or that, massage through the entire meridians regularly and comb these areas, all the way through their lines. You can do with a tiny bit of oil (only enough to slide) a few times a week, or even in a bath. Can even do without oil if careful with skin. Just roll through. Photos are attached for locations per meridian system. On the physical meridian areas, you can scrape through them gently (in this post/practice I’m not meaning break it up as in with guasha levels of deep scraping that create bruising or breaking up/under tissue) - just massage out with your fingers or a single strong finger following that meridian’s full line. Gently break up and roll through. You can also use combs in some areas (such as a wide prong jade stone head comb or wooden wide prong head comb) through the head points and on head sides and back of head, if don’t want to use fingers there. Stimulate all points on head and comb through many times. Then, don’t forget to also comb through these areas energetically - through the bio energetic field, with your hand made into a finger comb, just OVER the skin and over the body. You could also use that same jade head comb scraper in this way. I like to use fingers though personally, as it teaches us more about interacting with our energy and connects our finger meridians with other areas in ways that inform the body/field. So, comb through physically and then the area above these lines just above skin about 1/2 inch above the skin. Upward and towards the head tends to raise, lift, gather, awaken our energy and mobilize our Yang + Qi. {This can be useful when the intention is lifting or activating something} Downward and towards ground or off limbs or towards the feet tends to descend, settle, anchor and conduct Qi downward. {This is often the direction chosen when someone needs grounding, lessening excess, settling agitation or to encourage the Qi to return downward} Places to not scrape and avoid (especially with hard, scraping, meridian tools) : Front and sides of neck Over major superficial blood vessels Behind the knee Groin/femoral triangle Armpits Genitals/perineum Breast tissue Eyes + the entire face Varicose veins Vertebrae Rashes or sores or bruises Directly over prominent bones // The generally safest places to scrape are your more broad & muscular areas : Upper back (especially the trapezius and muscular areas around the shoulder blades) Shoulders Muscular tissue alongside the thoracic spine (again, avoid the vertebrae) The mid back musculature Gluteal muscles Our outer hips Front and outer thighs Hamstrings The muscular portion of the calves Upper arms (the deltoids and triceps) Forearms (don’t scrape deeply here)

Stop wasting time with diet trends, endless supplement stacks, and random interventions just because someone on social media said so. You must go deeper. You need to start learning about yourself. You already have the answers inside of you in terms of why disease has manifested. You just don't know it yet. In order to truly heal your body, mind, and spirit, you need to know your story. You need understand that your nervous system will create imprints that amplify your pain and suffering. You need to understand that your ego would rather hold onto an identity of pain and suffering instead of an identity of the unknown. Yes physiologically symptoms exist, but they're further manifested psychologically to deeper levels. That's why craniosacral therapy, yoga, meditiation, and TRE work. They invite you to know that the mind and body influence each other, and you are neither one of those. If you have symptoms, don't just look at them in isolation. Also, don't just look at them from a western model of physiology or anatomy. You should also look at it from the angle of how ancient cultures did — hearing your story, understanding your constitution and energetic footprint, assessing for emotional blocks — which supports the energetic footprint rather than symptoms in isolation. The only thing is that you must be ready to unpack everything that's come with this. It's not as easy as a "gut protocol." But I guarantee you'll achieve the deepest levels of physical, emotional, and spiritual health beyond what the ego thinks is attainable. You must find the spark inside you.
Your body can't talk to you, so it speaks in symptoms. Let's take this a step further where both physically (posture) and physiologically (pain/tension) the body also speaks to you. Have you ever wondered why certain individuals, get certain symptoms, in certain tissues, with certain patterns? One person has depression, acid reflux, and SIBO. The other has a UTI, erectile dysfunction, and anxiety. Or another has endometriosis, insomnia, and hypothyroidism. I can't help but think about this deeply. Why does the imbalances start to occur and show preference for a certain tissue? Of course, genetics (otherwise known as constitution in ancient medicine) plays a role in this. Infections and toxins are also involved and should be addressed. But for me, it still doesn't suffice. On top of this, I believe we must go deeper into the energetic, emotional, and biomechanical level to comprehend the manifestation of dis-ease. This is where ancient cultures observed the human body as a living ecosystem, rather than a machine where we look at symptoms in isolation, or only within the limitations of the western model of anatomy and physiology. Referring to the Chakra System, you can go deeper with the emotional side by asking the individual their story, their thought patterns, their history, their relationships, their stressors, and so on. You can also pick up cues from their body language and facial features that determines what is going on behind the first layer of human interaction. For example, a closed throat chakra may manifest itself as localized issues like hypothyroidism, neck and traps tension, and excess mucus in throat — and they may have a story with a lack of communication and honesty. This is also applicable in various other systems such as Chinese Medicine's 5 Element and Zang Fu Theory where each organ system connects to a certain emotion (eg., liver stagnation is tied to blocked anger, or kidney issues are tied to fear). Same goes for Ayurveda's 3 Dosha System which can be tied into the Chakras. This is also why myofascial release, (g)lympathic drainage, and body work are HUGE for healing to achieve peak physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Taking a few full days offline for the first time this year to take in the Autumn, no work and no studying (I love research reading and learning on these so much it’s hard to take true down time). Feel free to join me in a digital detox if it calls you. Will be back by weeks end or early next I think. My daily principles on break will be just taking in nature, not working, sleeping by 10, working on lymphatic drainage and correcting posture and breath, slow meals, escaping sound pollution, seeing the sunrise and sunset, barefoot grounding before it’s finally too cold & then just a daily meditation. (Also homemade e’rything + no news). Night time routines and qi gong are going to be optional. Again, would love if some of you would log off and join me in spirit wherever you are in the world. This time is very transitional to our body (very challenging and taxing to go from hot to cold (or cold to hot) and many systems change around the body system wide) // A few notes beyond that for followers and patients : All fertility patients that are in email and voice audio (non live session) coaching - Your protocols are coming in next 2-3 weeks - decided to make this month into a fertility group, and did them all together. So if you are part of that group, you will have those and should all have your audio updates and beginning handouts in your email as of yesterday. x And re : the website launch : The archive / searchable index is nearly done. I’m just going to finish testing the next weeks to make sure I couldn’t make it any more user friendly and searchable. I’ve hand built it and hand picked everything from here since about 2021/22 to present day. There will be between 1700-2000 posts to search via keyword or premade index. Again just testing that out first in a meaningful way. I also hope to launch with a small pdf public domain healing library that I will add to every season or two. I have thousands and thousands of public domain healing books on every topic so I figured I would share a few in many different topics, and also just including some nice stories from the past that are just good escapes not having to do with health. If you go to site now it says launching by end of September 2026, but with still needing to test it’ll be closer to 2-4 weeks from now. Okay I’m off of here for a few. Hope to see you out there in the real light and real angles of the world. <3 If you do want to join me in digital detox, reading and movies are fine - just stay off news and the the general net and social media and don’t “work” outside of when you must. Give your body time to transition offline and in this beautiful seasonal change. . In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we have just moved from Spleen to the season of the Lung in the Northern hemisphere. In the Southern hemisphere I think you are moving from Winter to Spring correct? That puts you at moving from kidney to liver, also an important time to catch up with yourself. Northern hemisphere healing sound right now is “Ssssssss” (between a hiss sound and shhhh - have it embody both sounds) Southern hemisphere healing sound right now is “"Xu" (pronounced like a soft "shyu" or "shhh") - bring that sound down to liver. I have long tutorials on the TCM healing sound for liver if you search this page. 🌿🍃>>🌾>>🍁🍂

Realized tonight I’ve been meditating now for nearly 20 years at about an hour a day. Sometimes more but rarely less, sometimes missed because a flu here or there, or a visitor staying a few days, or something demands the entire day that is unforeseen, but mostly I haven’t missed them and realized today that I still think it’s one of the best (if not the best) gift I’ve ever given to myself. I credit it almost solely with staying courageous and grounded and individual / autonomous in the current world. If you are dealing (or struggling) with anything in your life, including sympathetic overdrive, fight or flight, freeze states, dysregulated emotions or responses, histamine issues, MCAS, dysautonomia, fibrotic conditions and related, connective tissue anything/EDS, ADHD/hyperactivity, rage and anger, liver or heart ailments, impatience, impulsivity, trauma, veering from who you truly are or the path you really wanted, wearing a false personality, disruptive sleep, rumination, chronic illness, back issues, disordered breathing, me/cfs, autoimmunity, blood sugar issues, digestive issues, endocrine issues, and even just stress or anxiety and a tendency to not slow down enough, I recommend it with my whole heart as a wonderful adjunct. There are many forms of that which we call meditation and here are a few forms of meditation I recommend : Guided imagery Loving Kindness Total emptying of the mind and/or body Mindfulness meditation Movement + breath practices like tai qi or qi gong Of these I’ve done all of them - they are all beautiful in their own way, but I tend to feel only a few are true meditation now. These days I tend to make my own meditations and combine guided imagery with somatic experiencing and then an emptying of both the body and mind after, while I lay with needles in the best points for my constitution. When I started I started with guided imagery in beautiful locations and later graduated to loving kindness and zen and mindfulness and then finally to just emptying the mind and body. Just wanted to recommend meditation tonight as I’m about to do an hour of testing one that will be on our app when it launches. Have my needles in. You will rarely want to do it going in and you will never regret doing it. Seems so simple and it is, that people don’t credit it enough on here or in their everyday. It’s worth finding and practicing. It truly will change your life (and your personality and chemistry) Lots of meditations on YouTube that are free. Find what you like. Worth practicing until the body benefits. I started at about 23-24 years old right after a breakup. I was struggling to leave and knew it was over for me. Upon moving home to the farm I grew up on I found something at a bookstore at the time (by Bellaruth Naparstek) that was actually on a cd and I listened to it for 7 days in a row while walking the property in a circle. By the end of the 7 days I realized through meditation why I was staying and how to go and mostly the meditation just took the edge off for me. Through it I was able to find enough clarity to keep on going through the pain and it was the beginning of a long relationship with self that has guided me ever since. A few channels on YouTube for guided imagery are : Jason Stephenson (his guided imagery is nice for a beginner) The Honest Guys - Meditations and Relaxation Then John Kabat Zinn does Guided mindfulness med’s and body scans. I also recommend loving kindness meditation for very easy meditations that take little effort and time. A monk taught me and they are nice (simple) Outside of YouTube, meditainment is a site that has a paid subscription program. I think (has been 15 years since I use) they have many topics still. Lastly our app will also have a meditation section (+ breath section). Still aiming for end of the year though it’s so much work to go. On the app and in my meditations, I focus strongly on healing the physical body / regulating it / calming it. 🙏🏻

Grab a guasha body tool or similar and do the following : Scrape down the inner thighs over and over for about a minute or two to remove dark spots in / on body. Either leg, can do both. Scrape down the outer leg from hip to knee ( don’t scrape over bones ) for gallbladder and bile related needs. Either leg and can do both. Scrape down the outer leg from knee to ankle, staying outside (not over) the shin to improve digestion, drain dampness and this can also generally help the body to produce a skin glow. Either leg and can do both. These are the liver, gallbladder and stomach meridians. Give them a go. If you are looking for a worthy tool for this, you don’t need a guasha tool but if you want to buy one I love a black bian body gua sha stone. I also love the Terahertz Stone Gua Sha Scraping Tools Lymphatic (also called a terahertz stone meridian dial bar) If you have zero money you can also use a bigger soup spoon then gently use the side of the spoon (you want a spoon that’s big enough that the edge isn’t cut-level sharp but can still scrape things out - the bigger spoons are just slightly thicker edges). Just scrape down these areas with a little oil. You can also look for a flatter / very smoothed edge rock outside that’s palm to hand sized. Look up body guasha stones and see their general size and smooth shapes and try to find a rock outside like that. It won’t have all the fancy cuts of commercial stones but who cares. If you run hot, use a coconut oil, if run cold can use a sesame oil. Can also use an olive oil. Only enough oil to get a good slide. Then you gently scrape down. 🙏🏻

One of the greatest oversights in Fascial and Lymphatic work is not relaxing into it through breath and presence, or staying in a state of sympathetic dominance while doing it. Look at it like a cousin or sister to nervous system work. You want your nervous system calm when you do these (not those fast 5 minutes before work, rushing and distracted. Things do not let go when the body is not in a state or signal to let go.

If interested, this post covers some reasons why they are connection :
Good to remember that our fascia is not only connective tissue. It’s also sensory tissue and *highly* innervated (innervated = a tissue that has nerves running through it or connected to it). Fascia is also deeply tied to our autonomic. Most people think their fascia is just not well exercised or dehydrated and maybe it is (probably is) but there’s a lot more to it. If the body perceives a threat, or chronic (or acute) urgency, or a pain or something that is being forced upon it, it will guard vs release the body. Some people aggressively foam roll all day long and it will still feel tight at the end for this same reason. Some people can stretch for 30 minutes and loosen up the entire body, but 20 minutes later, everything tightens itself back up into place. Bear in mind the nervous system also has to let go / disengage. One of the classic approaches in a sustained fascial release is : Find a barrier on yourself. A barrier is basically the first place the tissue stops gliding. You don’t want to go to a pain barrier but just a clear place of first resistance. Most people have no idea what they are feeling for. Here is how to actually feel for the fascial barrier. Place your whole hand on an area of your body you want to work with and use a hand that provides open, broad contact (your palm, fingers/fingertips). Then, do NOT slide over your skin like you are applying lotion. Instead, allow your hand to just softly sink into the skin first, just enough that your skin and the tissue underneath it move with your hand. From there, slowly take the tissue in one direction. Try it up or down or left/right, or in a very small diagonal. And all you are doing here is looking for the first place the tissue stops moving easily. This is a barrier. They can feel like thicker catches or sticky, ropey or more rubbery. Can also feel like there’s pulling and doesn’t simply go further. It takes some practice. When you find one, just hold there and don’t move. Stay at the barrier (better if you do in silence) and wait there. This can be 90 seconds or 3 minutes or longer Sometimes longer. Just sit with it. You may feel heat, a softening, pulsing sensation(s), the tissue ‘melting’, or you may have spontaneous swallowing or deeper breathing or an involuntary sigh once the tissue begins actual release. This is especially effective in areas like : The diaphragm, where hands are resting under the lower ribs while breathing slowly into the area. The suboccipitals, with a (gentle) sustained support under the base of your skull. The plantar fascia, where you hold a tender point in your arch instead of rolling rapidly with a ball, etc The sacrum, just resting hands under the sacrum (or fists under you) and allowing your pelvis to soften and melt onto them. The jaw, holding the masseter or temporalis w/out kneading aggressively. The scalp, moving the tissues slowly and then waiting on restriction. The psoas, while not digging into the abdomen but applying gentle and sustained contact beside your navel while you perform slow breathing. The thoracic inlet also, in gentle holds around the base of your neck and upper ribs. This has a pretty high ROI b/c it informs our breathing patterns, vascular flow, lymphatics, joint mechanics and then our pain sensitivity and autonomic. Don’t forget to work on your regulation and healing your nervous system so it feels safe. If you practice this, a release can happen (often happens) indirectly in some of the following ways : your stomach begins gurgling, sinuses begin draining, the jaw naturally starts unclenching, your feet warming or sharper vision. Can also present as a sudden emotional drop off after sustained fascial holds. Some of you may have seen those videos that circulate where someone is really crying. It all sounds very mystical (and it is) until you remember simply, again, your fascia wraps around nearly everything in your entire body, continuously. Continue below in comments / thread :
