If I had to define my philosophy as a school admin, it is this:
Every minute I save from someone else's day is a minute they can give back to kids or to themselves.
It isn't the same as teaching, but if I can make a policy or system that saves 100+ teachers an hour a week?

Gamestormers went from a single Google Doc in December of 2019 to a fully-fledged board game in February of 2023.
