I've seen this a couple of places, so just to clarify, the NCHSAA Guidelines (in the Handbook) on heat and suspension of practices are based on Wet Bulb Globe Temperature. NOT Fahrenheit.

I read the Pajama Paparazzi article yesterday, and I know this is an issue in some of our counties across North Carolina. I understand there is a growing divide between capital "J" Journalists and "Content Creators" hired by parents or student-athletes. In today's media environment, there is 100% a place for content creators, but we're reaching a tipping point. I've got my own ideas for solutions, but let me hear yours.

It is NCHSAA policy at championships that we don't allow media into the locker rooms. I strongly, strongly suggest that NCHSAA member schools also keep media out of locker rooms.

Two quick notes -- a) Putting microphones on players is a violation of NFHS Rules. Do not mic up players for your content. b) Drones are still not allowed per NCHSAA rules.

I'm telling y'all, it's wild out here.
