Just tested the first version of my game built with native iOS on a real iPhone. It runs surprisingly well, and the entire game is only ~28 MB 🤯 Still can’t believe how lightweight it is. 😌 Built entirely with Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, depending on the task.
Apple just opened pre-orders for the iPhone Duo! I've already updated my game to support it. And it works great! Time to launch? 👀

How I'd speed run my app to $13k/m (again). 1. The app itself. • Release in a unsaturated niche or have a new idea. Spend a week finding this, thinking of ideas, doing research. People make a calorie app & are surprised when no one buys it?? • Build iOS only, native swift, ez mode to make great looking UIs with liquid glass. Browse pinterest and remake assets with GPT. Use as little text as possible. • Cloudflare backend: R2 for images & D1 for the database. Ez mode infra. Never use firebase. • Pay a designer for your app store screenshots. Most people don't have good enough taste, there's peeps that do great stuff for like $50. • Measure your onboarding with posthog. Aim for 90% onboarding completion. Imo you're doing something wrong if you're not hitting at least 80%. • I do 12-13 screens total, and paywall should be clean super nice and minimal. Add a transaction abandon offer in there as well in a follow up release. 2. Release Day. • Pump apple store ads from DAY ONE. Using competitor keywords, get as many downloads as possible in your first week. This matters a lot in the apple algo ongoing. • Apple ads will carry you to at least 1k/mo if you're in the right niche and positioned your app properly. • Do founder led content on TT and IG, my boys have told me trial reels are OP. 3. Scaling. • Use Appsflyer or Singular as the MMP, or build your own. Then scale to the moon with TT / meta ads. • Shotgun approach the ads, run as many as possible at first to find a format that works well for you. • If they're just under profitable then carry on running them. Calculate this via LTV < CPA. If you're profitable, keep em going. • Ads can take a while to get cooking, and it'll cost about 1k to get started. But trust the process. If you're scared, validate the app first with organic and apple store ads. 4. Loop & iterate. • Keep iterating on the app, reduce churn as much as physically possible (you don't want to have a leaky bucket, you're losing free renewal money!) • Automate as much as possible, give your agent Apple Store Connect API, so it can submit app updates itself. Game changer. • Keep trying new formats and new marketing strategies, this is js what worked for me, you gotta experiment with everything. This really is all you need to get started. The positioning and app idea are most important, esp if you want Apple Ads to work. They won't on generic app ideas!! Also, stay in line with Apple, I've got lots of nice upsells in my app, but they were all approved via an app update, included in notes etc. It takes A LOT of effort and consistency to scale an app like this, I can write it out on a list like here, but it's not simple or easy. Don't overthink it too much and keep going!!

SELL RELIGION IF YOU WANT TO GET RICH. A $5 ring from aliexpress. engrave a cross on it. call it a “prayer reminder.” sell it for $249. $113K/month All you have to do: -find any product under $10 -put a cross on it -rename it in faith language -sell it to christian women on facebook -watch what happens 230 million christians in america. nobody sells to them online because nobody making money online goes to church. that’s the gap whoever discovered this is a genius.
Focus on micro-niches that tap into people's beliefs, identities, and values. This brand is pulling in $113K a month selling emotions, not rings.

BRO WTF 😭 this faceless looksmaxxing page posts the same slides every time and it keeps going viral 😭 732K, 481K, 284K views on the same format people think it's self improvement tips, it's actually an ad you could easily run this on multiple accounts: • buy a warmed up account with real history ($10 on @socialflared ) • run it on a dedicated US mobile proxy → 94.6% US views ($8 on @socialflared ) • post the same day → get 100k views if a black and white slideshow can do this, your app has no excuse

so many shitty app founders will say “remove all notifications from your apps and hope users forget and keep paying” it’s terrible advice and a ticking bomb not only does building a great product sell itself and lower churn ( aka brings in more money ) but now Apple also reminds users about active subscriptions ( so they’ll cancel anyway ) so moral of the story: build something actually good instead of hoping people forget apples going to grim reaper your developer account for being shady
we run one of the cheapest App UGC armies on X 😤 $5/video posted on 3 platforms with a $50 bonus at 100k views this only works because i play to my unfair advantages i live in miami you see a supercar on every block so marketing a car spotting app is way easier for me than for someone in ohio or michigan i hired some friends (car guys) and the content takes 5 mins to make so many people want to get into ugc but don't want to show their face yet this is the perfect gateway → no face on camera → they learn recording and editing → they start getting paid → they chase the 100k bonus because it's so low effort we're able to pay significantly less

I told Grok Bot to build a memecoin team that pays for its own subscription and doesn’t need me watching. 24 hours later it had turned $58 into $6,483. the $49 was covered by 1:31am. this was a 24-hour test run on Solana. Grok came back with six agents taking turns, each with its own zone and its own size limit. pairs with thin LP get ignored. a dev holding more than 7% of supply is a skip, and the LP has to be locked for at least a month. a whale coming in with 300+ SOL is worth a look, but only after the risk check. the subscription line on the screen just reads $0.00, because the bot pays it out of profit. 235 wins, 46 losses. the big trades: > 01:31, SILKO +$348, took the balance from $241 to $589 > 03:39, MAUVE +$483 > 06:33, CREMA +$688 > 10:26, SATIN +$913 > 15:18, PRISM +$1,100, the biggest of the session what actually got me is the other number on that screen. it had a $7,000 daily target, and it finished at 92%. the target is only there to show progress, the bot isn’t built to chase it, so the last 8% just stayed open. that’s where most of us blow up. we set a number for the day, fall a little short, and start forcing trades to hit it. 46 losses all day, all of them small. every token it skipped for a fat dev wallet is a loss that never happened. $58 to $6,483 didn’t come from chasing the target. it came from a bot that paid its own bill by 1:31am and never chased the rest.
