No it is not. You falsely represented it. This is Protect a Volunteer distributing supplies of cold weather gear and medical gear because they were not issued proper supplies.I shot this video myself.
You did not properly attribute the video to us despite taking it from the PAV Reddit account. Please correct the wrong information and put a link to us so people can support Latin American volunteers if they wish.
