AUSTIN MAN charged with murdering a man over a diamond watch just walked out of jail after a judge cut his bond. The victim posted photos of cash and a diamond Cartier watch online. Police say six people spent two weeks planning to take them. In Nov 2024, they blasted into his apartment, assaulted a woman, pointed a gun at a child, and shot the victim dead. Judaren Forbes, 22, is indicted for murder. He posted bond last week. Another judge then set bond at $1 on his open gun cases. When the victim was killed, Forbes was already out on bond in four cases. Highlights: 2022: Arrested carrying a gun. January 2023: Video shows him running into the street at a house party and firing an AR at a passing car. Prosecutors knocked the felony down to a misdemeanor. 60 days in jail. March 2023: Arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. DA Jose Garza's office declined to file it. Christmas Eve 2023: Arrested with another Glock. Out the next day. September 2024: He fled a trooper from a street takeover, crashed into another driver, hurled his Glock off an I-35 overpass, and jumped after it. Hours later he swore to police his car had been stolen. Ten weeks later, a man was killed. Five of the six home invasion suspects were already out on violent cases. The murder victim’s mother said they "should have never been free on bond." Now Forbes is back on the street.

His dad helped him start a little summer business selling squirrel tables and Cade worked all summer long, he saved up $900 and he bought that bike himself. An 11-year-old entrepreneur, in 2026. We should be putting this kid on a FREAKING POSTER!!!! On Labor Day, Cade grabbed his fishing pole and rode toward the pond at Sweetwater Park, he was on the shoulder of the road, about 300 FEET from his house. Why not the sidewalk? His answer: "If I go on the sidewalk, I can only go 10mph, and also it's going to scare the pedestrians." An 11-year-old thinking about pedestrians' safety! Then, an Oviedo police officer pulled him over. Asked him for his license, his registration, his proof of insurance. THE KID IS ELEVEN. Then they fingerprinted him. Wrote him a citation with a mandatory court date and told this little boy, on camera, "You have to show up, OK? Or they're going to put out a warrant for you." Then they called in the city tow truck!!!!!! His dad's words: "They called in the city wrecker for this little, tiny electric bike and winched it on up there." Next Tuesday, Cade has to skip school to stand in front of a judge. Yes TECHNICALLY the police have a point under Florida law, but where was the common sense?!!!! Cade now says: "Now I'm kind of scared to ride my dirt bike." A Virginia mom got a criminal record for letting her son walk to a pond, two little girls in Pennsylvania got hauled into court over a broken swing, and now an 11-year-old in Florida gets printed for riding to go fishing. We are criminalizing childhood in this country. Even THE TOWN MAYOR called Cade a "good kid." She's right. ...and for the love of God, somebody give this kid his bike back. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!

Maricopa County Election Supervisor admits that election workers can remotely access the EMS election system from home, with escalated privileges, and remotely verify ballot signatures, with ZERO oversight, which is a massive security breach. They didn't even know who was verifying ballot signatures from places outside the election precincts. Anyone could be accessing the systems and we would never know, On top of this, Maricopa County alone in the 2020 election was found to have over 400,000 failed ballot signatures, which is well over Biden's margin of victory in Arizona of 10,457 votes, flipping the state to Trump. When ballot signature verification election employees were watched on camera, they were just flipping through signatures as fast as the screen could reload, comparing signatures for only 1 to 3 seconds, when it should take around 45 seconds per ballot. How many other states and counties experienced the same issues that got away with this? This is a huge problem and security issue that needs to be fixed.
