THE WOMAN WHO TURNED MY DREAM INTO REALITY.
Many people both family and friends have had different theories about how I got to meet Mzee @KagutaMuseveni
Today, let me reveal the story myself.
And I believe it is important to appreciate someone who touched my life while she is still alive to hear it.
Mama @JanetMuseveni seeing you back and in good health fills my heart with gratitude.
I met Mama Janet at Emmanuel Cathedral Rushere in 2017, where she was the Chief Guest at an AFRISA graduation. When I miraculously got to her, she asked me what I wanted. I told her, “Mama, my dream is to meet the President.”
She then told one of her soldiers to write down my telephone number. The following day, Sunday, I received a call from her people, who picked me up from home and took me to Rwakitura.
When I arrived, they took me to her and she did not send anyone to take me to Mzee. She personally took me straight to him and told him that my dream was to meet him.
The President gave me his time, we talked and that encounter changed the course of my life. Since then, I have remained in touch with him and my life has never been the same.
When I heard about your illness Mama, I was deeply hurt. I had never fasted in my life, but I did because you changed my life without giving me anything material. You fulfilled a dream, opened a door and unknowingly changed my destiny.
Mama, I will never forget that act of kindness.
Mama, you are a true mother. May God continue to protect you and grant you many more years of good health and touching the lives of others the same way you touched mine.
Welcome back, Mama @JanetMuseveni
Today, I say thank you while you are here to hear it. @Nyinancweende @mkainerugaba
