I know I don’t have that big of a platform on here, but I don’t think just talking about mental health is enough.
I want to be able to help more, whether it’s listening to someone’s story, giving advice, or just being there for someone when they feel alone.
I understand that people often don’t want to ask for help, especially not when their name/persona is attached.
Does anyone know of a way someone could send me a message anonymously if they need help?

POWERFUL: Legendary #NFL coach Jon Gruden sent an incredible motivational message to a man named Garrett who has been struggling through a difficult time.
Gruden told Garrett that he has been in the same position before and encouraged him to embrace the adversity:
