A developing nor’easter is expected to bring strong winds, coastal flooding and possible power outages to parts of the East Coast this weekend. CBS News' Rob Marciano reports that coastal flood warnings are in effect from Virginia through New Jersey, Long Island and parts of New England as the storm slowly intensifies.
