You’ll never even know or be asked when they do. Obama passed laws giving the financial institutions a direct line to the Fed with no strings and no gates. They did this to avoid having any future bailouts that had to be put up for a vote - reformed to making bailouts easier - and knowledge of them less likely
My sense is they’re going to crash the economy again. We’re headed toward economic Armageddon. If I’m right, they better not even think about bailouts. That movie ends very differently this time around. They should know that ahead of time.
