Today, we launched our new Business Plan. This year’s Business Plan looks a little different. Following changes to our funding announced in November 2025, we’ve taken the opportunity to be clearer and more transparent about how levy payers’ money is invested back into industry, and what that means in practice for employers, individuals and the wider sector. Within the Plan, we outline the three pillars for the year ahead; three key areas of focus that have been developed to address the top priorities the industry wants CITB to focus on. 1️⃣ Direct financial support to employers Download and find out more here ⬇️ bit.ly/4faIWom --- Heddiw, lansiwyd ein Cynllun Busnes newydd. Mae Cynllun Busnes eleni ychydig yn wahanol. Yn dilyn newidiadau i’n cyllid a gyhoeddwyd ym mis Tachwedd 2025, rydym wedi manteisio ar y cyfle i fod yn gliriach ac yn fwy tryloyw ynghylch sut mae arian y talwyr lefi yn cael ei fuddsoddi yn ôl i’r diwydiant, a beth mae hynny’n ei olygu’n ymarferol i gyflogwyr, unigolion a’r sector ehangach. O fewn y Cynllun, rydym yn amlinellu’r tair piler ar gyfer y flwyddyn i ddod; tri maes ffocws allweddol sydd wedi'u datblygu i fynd i'r afael â'r prif flaenoriaethau y mae'r diwydiant eisiau i CITB ganolbwyntio arnynt. 1️⃣ Cymorth ariannol uniongyrchol i gyflogwyr Lawrlwythwch i ddarganfod mwy yma ⬇️ bit.ly/4faIWom

CITB's Business Plan 2026-27 will launch soon. It sets out how we are responding to those demands, and how we are investing levy payers’ money to make a meaningful, lasting difference. --- Bydd Cynllun Busnes CITB 2026-27 yn cael ei lansio’n fuan. Mae'n nodi sut rydym yn ymateb i'r gofynion hynny, a sut rydym yn buddsoddi arian talwyr y lefi i wneud gwahaniaeth ystyrlon a pharhaol.
