(A) The fingers of a 63-year-old woman with Parkinson disease showed flexion of the metacarpophalangeal and distal interphalangeal joints, extension of the proximal interphalangeal joints, and abduction of the little finger. Radiographs in (B) frontal and (C) oblique positions revealed no obvious bone erosions or joint space narrowing of the fingers.

Hallucinogens are a group of substances that influence perception and mood and are broadly classified into dissociative drugs, including phencyclidine (PCP) and ketamine, and serotonergic hallucinogens (psychedelics), including psilocybin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), dimethyltryptamine (DMT, or ayahuasca), and methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, or Ecstasy).
