I’ve been a web3 CEO for 5 years, but this week was my defining moment. I set hard boundaries, fought ruthlessly for my team, and cut through all the bullshit. I'm done wasting my time. I finally earned my title. And its time to break some fucking necks. Let's go.

After five years of building on Cardano, we’re done begging for funding or gambling our runway on processes with uncertain outcomes. $125M was awarded from the treasury, yet teams like @CswapDEX, with live products and users, still have no clear path to support. This is not Game of Thrones or The Hunger Games. Cardano’s founding entities have failed to create a viable market for teams building here. They can blame each other, but the result is the same: builders who've created value for ADA holders in tough conditions are being left to compete for scraps. We’ve built several products and generated some of Cardano’s highest dApp activity. We are done “competing” for support. We've earned it. Our lives and careers are worth more than this. These decisions affect real people and their families. If you’re a dRep, ask why teams that have spent years building on Cardano are being pushed away while treasury money is wasted on more of the same. And they wonder why there’s “FUD” on the timeline. It's the relentless mismanagement of resources that people are reacting to.

Our dapp @CswapDEX has produced the 6th most tx of any cardano project over the past 12 months. You know what makes that impressive? Every single other project above ours has raised millions of dollars...either through Cardano VCs or predatory token sales, or both. Moreover, we don't get the benefit of market makers, either through @wavedigital_ , or @Cardano_CF. The two beneath us, also VC funded. jpg.store and @MidnightNtwrk. Guess what else? We built an NFT amm, the first bitcoin defi protocol, and an insane RWA marketplace that nobody has even seen yet. That's fucking impressive. We won Cardano. It's just nobody realized it. Others: 500M ADA. CSWAP: 0. Look I don't blame you for depriving us of all reliable funding paths....clearly y'all need the money more than we do. 🤣🤣🤣

Truth is @bigpey was right.

Our Cardano project @CswapDEX is a force for good. We are incredibly transparent with our community. We understand putting holders first is critical to retaining retail users, and eventual growth. We prioritize utility and sustainability over hype. Everybody wins with CSWAP.

The last time I checked it was creative, entreprenuerial devs that make millionaires...not nerdo system engineers that fix bugs. Maybe somebody should explain this to the Cardano dReps and founding entities.

You came here with hopes and dreams, not to fund a bunch of computer nerds' rich guy fantasies. These dorks are making millions while you lose. Fair?

The beautiful part of web3 is dying, and its up for those of us who care about it to protect and preserve it.

Over five years, our team built a hybrid AMM/Orderbook DEX, an NFT AMM, the first Bitcoin protocol on Cardano mainnet, and a sophisticated multi-chain RWA marketplace. We did it with a fraction of the resources available to other projects, on a chain with steadily worsening market conditions, institutional conflict, and a frustrated community. We've gotten one catalyst grant in our 5 years here, and that's it. Other teams with one mediocre product, have gotten millions and millions of dollars (thanks @SpentronSpence for the report ). Our products are great. Our team executes. Our community knows how we operate. Now we take everything we learned and build wherever our work is valued. We are no longer just a Cardano project anymore. We want to compete with the best. CSWAP is still here. BTC Karma is still here. And we are nowhere near finished with our work on Cardano, but this idea of a "Cardano Cabal" is not totally inaccurate...it's holding us all back. We know where we're going. We're different. 😉

Real success comes from creating winners all around you. If you're making a bag, while everyone around you loses...you are are the biggest loser.

Shout out projects that put their token holders first. You've taken the path less traveled, but its the only sustainable one for retail participants in web3!

When you act with integrity, you never lose. Integrity is always win-win. In a real decentralized ecosystem, doing what's best for others...is ironically, doing what's best for self.

I keep hearing that Cardano needs to “pick winners” because we have too many DEXs. Cool story. Here’s the part they don’t understand: Nobody gets to decide whether @CswapDEX survives. As far as I know, this ecosystem is still DECENTRALIZED. CSWAP is going NOWHERE. EVER. Never hacked, never cracked, never kissed a rich man's nut sack. We were not created in a VC boardroom as a market opportunity with a cute clever cartoon mascot. We were forged from the ashes after 2,000 innocent, adorable, puppy-eyed Cardano community members were left holding the bag during one of the ugliest chapters in this ecosystem’s history. What started with a slightly chubby bearded dude and a musty dusty keyboard....transformed in to the emerald green beacon of hope for Cardanians during their darkest hour. We stepped in because it was the right thing to do. We got spit on for it. We still get spit on for it. They get the liquidity. They get the contracts. They get the posts. They get the grants. yada yada yada. But we created @CswapDEX for something greater than ourselves. Too many people in crypto look the other way when doing the right thing threatens their bags. Then they wonder why users leave and never come back... What if they didn’t look away? What if integrity actually mattered? Where would Cardano be today? You know what people remember. That we cared about them. That it wasn't just the blockchain that was decentralized, or the application, but it was our compassion...and it flows both ways and all ways. We care about each other in our special community. What do you actually stand for? Do you just pretend to want to change the world? Or do you put your money where your mouth is.... CSWAP has always been about people. Community. Integrity. Winning together. Giving. Growing. Evolving. Believing. While other teams received 10...20....100 times the money....millions and millions or dollars for just one mediocre copy cat application... We've created four special applications, all unique and innovative in their own way. It is about building something that survives when powerful people and big bags would rather move on and forget. Our software isn't just zeros and ones....our software is art. Our software is meaningful. Theirs is cold and dead and lifeless. So keep throwing money at the ice cream truck. They may get all the liquidity, they may get more likes....but we have more love....and we have meaning...and we have righteousness on our side. Give it every scoop of liquidity, every grant, every headline, and every advantage money can buy. You can buy liquidity. Liquidity comes and goes. But loyalty lasts forever. We will still be here. 1000 years from now, we will be here. Growth on Cardano will be slow....but one by one, people will see the light. They want goodness in their web3 life. It's not just about numbers anymore, but the thing is when it stops being about just the numbers, thats when the numbers start numbering. If they keep it up....Maybe we'll just make trading free. Who knows what we will do.... CSWAP will never die. We are too scrappy. We were born for this. We are calloused and we are inevitable. One thousand years from now, CSWAP will have a medal in the Cardano Digital Hall of Fame for standing with the people everyone else abandoned. Money will be a relic. Integrity will be what's valued....and we are already rich in that regard. We are simply ahead of our time....in all aspects. Next time we have revolutionary ideas, and you never know when that might be, we will be in a spot to where they can flourish. And somewhere in the future, in the basement, there will be a dusty old box containing some terrible 1980s art, a dusty dog poster, and the fossilized remains of a melted ice-cream empire. I know what my Cardano legacy will be. What will yours be? They can pick who receives the money. But they do not get to pick who survives. Ice cream melts. CSWAP is forever.
