So all Stratum V1 pools need to be stopped and have their mining rewards frozen EXCEPT for Luke's SV1 on his CONVOY Pool!? You're joking right?

We have more planned for our friends over at Lukecoin, but I want to speak openly before we log off X and get back to work: To the toxic members of the XBT community: We will not stop. If you change the protocol, we'll just find a way around it. If you blacklist our wallet, we'll just make another. If you blacklist our datum, we'll spin up 10 more by the end of the day. If you selectively go through every single block we have mined and set it to not pay out, then we have won. Why are we doing this? Because you deserve it. Your members are some of the worst people to exist in this space. They are either vitriolic bullies, or weak men too cowardly to speak up. I watch your convos in discord and telegram, I see people asking to blacklist me, and I see rational people arguing against it, because they know if that happens, then nothing stops it from happening to them. If I get banned from #XBT, then anyone could get banned. If you take mining rewards away from users that mined blocks that were accepted by the network as valid, then there's nothing stopping you from doing that to anyone else that uses your chain. Other coins, like #BTC, know this. You, #XBT, will learn this one way or another. To the other pools that had a chance to stop this before it started, I hope you’re watching, and I hope that you finally draw a line somewhere. ✌🏼

We mined a block

The "Stratum 2 Datum converter" is a pool-side adaptation by CTRL. It forces their XBT Stratum servers to output the same coinbase layout as a real DATUM gateway. This lets miners connect via ordinary Stratum without running their own node + gateway, while still producing blocks that match the DATUM coinbase format. If XBT updates the expected layout, the pool says it will simply update the converter. It is a compatibility workaround, not a protocol-level innovation. True DATUM innovation is miner-side template construction and direct block broadcast from a local node. The converter keeps template control with the pool and only mimics the coinbase appearance.

Yup. Luke creates a retarded idea, the lieutenants promote it, then they all get amnesia and pretend that the plebs chose it naturally a few weeks later and anyone who initially hated it tells you how great it is that the plebs are in charge... and they all sit around cheering.

We've had users reach out about the XBT soft fork issues. We now filter transactions where users try to spend their coinbase rewards outside of the 45 day lockup. That should limit orphaned blocks from CTRL.

Introducing: Stratum 2 Datum converter, now on by default on stratum servers for XBT mining. Every block found on our XBT stratum carries the same coinbase layout as a DATUM gateway. You don't need to run a gateway to mine here; run one if you want to build your own templates. If an update is pushed by the XBT devs that changes the layout for DATUM, then we will just update our stratum 2 datum converter.
