It is beyond Trump and his MAGA base to understand that when Trump is insulting a former US president and his predecessor, publicly, before a foreign head of state, Xi is laughing both at Biden AND Trump.
As a Chinese, I can tell you that in our culture, publicly humiliating a former leader is considered disgraceful. Of course I know what Xi is mocking... He is mocking the fact that the United States has lost its basic decency.
