this is the last tweet about @axisrobotics
after all the red flags, all the FUD, all the noise around the project...
the real question is:
why are people still bullish on it?
maybe because despite all the drama, Axis is still trying to build something that actually feels different collecting robotics data at scale, turning human interactions into usable trajectories, and pushing that data into real training workflows
- you can question the tokenomics
- you can question the roles
- you can question the farming
but somehow the core idea is still interesting enough to keep people watching
maybe that’s the whole point
not every bullish thesis starts with “everything looks perfect.”
the biggest nightmare for any project isn’t even FUD…
it’s some random wizard opening VS Code at 3am and deciding to automate your entire points system
and for @axisrobotics this hits even harder because the scale is already pretty big they’ve reported
- 5M+ robot trajectories
- 200K+ contributors
- 160K+ dataset downloads
then somewhere out there, one guy types:
"npm start"
and suddenly 100 wallets start farming trajectories
Axis actually had to ban scripted accounts, upgrade detection and even put bounties on new bot scripts
that’s kinda the funny part of building incentive systems:
project scales -> farmers appear -> bot wizards appear -> devs patch -> new wizard spawns
data quality is everything, but apparently anti-bot engineering is part of the roadmap too.

meh, probably not
I like the project, but yapping about something doesn’t mean I want to invest in it the sale is $0.10 at $100M FDV, with only 10% unlocked at TGE and the rest vested
from a yapper perspective, that could help reduce immediate sell pressure, but as an investor, locking 90% for that long is still something I’d think carefully about
they even have a public voting system for community roles, and also a vote system to purge roles
that part feels a bit weird to me if the person being voted for is your friend, close mutual, or even family, are people really voting based on contribution or relationships?
not fud, just my personal view

and that got me thinking about the Kaito yapper rewards
the yapper pool is 0.20% of total supply = 2M $AXIS
using the presale FDV as a simple benchmark:
Top 1–100 share 1M $AXIS → ~$100K total → ~$1,000 each if split equally
Rank 101–500 share 1M $AXIS → ~$100K total → ~$250 each if split equally
ofc this is just an estimate, not the real payout. Kaito doesn’t publish the exact weighting, so top ranks should get more than the lower ranks
but if $AXIS hits:
$200M FDV → ~$2K / ~$500
$500M FDV → ~$5K / ~$1.25K
$1B FDV → ~$10K / ~$2.5K
and the interesting part is Kaito rewards are supposed to be 100% unlocked at TGE, while the Community Sale only unlocks 10% at TGE
so yeah… that leaderboard suddenly looks a lot more interesting .
