There is absolutely a difference between Repping Black American and Being Black American. Being Foundational is a true Black American EXPERIENCE which is understandable on why The Brand FBA draws people to it. If you are looking for TRUTH, the FBA Brand is a corporate grift if you will and they have their place but FBA is not a replacement for your authentic ethnic identifier at all. It's a brand with loosely governed momentum that has a trademark and political and social misnomers that should essentially push you into your true lineage and not into a unremarkable triage of react and response bonding.
Your families surnames are your identifiers and when you induldge in your Genealogy, that work should tie you and your family to this land as a Black American inclusive of all of the misclassifications endured over the centuries. Knowing your family lineage and protecting and cultivating and nurturing and declaring it is the culture of BEING Black American which holds greater weight and value than repping a brand with no guardrailings.
Understanding what a true foundational American is should push you into the depths of your families geneology and your geneology will confirm your ethnicity. The FBA brand is an aggrandizement of that, nothing more nothing less.
