I think there’s a major disconnect between the sports gaming community and the companies making these games right now.
CFB 27, MLB The Show 26, and now NBA 2K27 have all had their communities be VERY outspoken about the state of their games. We’ve even seen content creators publicly push back against the companies producing them.
I’m not sure exactly how we got to this point, but it’s bad.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still having a BALL with CFB 27 😂 but MLB The Show and especially 2K27 need some work.
Something has to change.
