A: We're trying to understand it, that's what I can say.
Q: Would Cuba ever relinquish control of resources in the way that we've seen Venezuela do over the last few weeks?
A: No, I wouldn't see why we would do it, because the resources in Cuba belong to the people of Cuba. Our government does not have the right to deprive them of that and hand it over to another country.
Q: Do you still see Venezuela as an ally in the same way, under this interim president? Of Cuba?
A: Yes. It's a friendly country.
Q: But not an ally, you wouldn't say ally.
A: No, ally is a strong word.
Q: Do you think that Delcy Rodriguez, who is in power, has betrayed the Bolivarian Revolution? Has she changed, do you think, over the last few months?
A: She seems to have changed.
Q: How so? Tease that out a little bit more.
A: No, I won't go further than that.
Q: When you look back on the 2024 election in Venezuela, who do you believe won that election? Was it Nicolas Maduro?
A: Nicolas Maduro.
Q: You believe that to be the case. Is there a fear on your part, on the Cuban government's part, that your president, past leaders could end up here in the US in a jail cell alongside Nicolas Maduro? How real do you take that threat to be?
A: We take real that there is the intention of some people in the United States for that to happen. But we find it unrealistic, we will not allow it.

Anyone who has visited Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's shrine has noticed that the structure is very modest. It is still only made up of metal pillars and gates. In the winter, it is cold, and in the summer, it is hot with fans only. Many bigots have claimed the reason is because Hezbollah is broke (lol) and can't afford to build him a proper shrine, which is obviously not the case. This article mentions that it is Sayyed's family who has made the decision to suffice with what the shrine looks like now until the process of rebuilding the people's homes in the South, Beqaa, and Dahyeh begins, for they know that Sayyed Hassan would have refused to have his shrine built while the people remain displaced.

Everything you thought you knew about the pagers attack was just barely scratching the surface.
Last night I finished watching "The Trap," directed by @radwanmortada.
The Zionist entity has portrayed the September 2024 pagers and walkie-talkie attacks as one of the greatest military-intelligence feats in history. But behind that public narrative of victory is overcompensation for an operational failure.
Without a doubt, the attacks were one of the worst blows dealt to the Lebanese resistance in its history, and reflected serious intelligence shortcomings.
But the years of investigations in this new documentary reveals that the true Zionist plot was far, far more devastating, and the relentless investigations and discoveries made by one Hezbollah engineer thwarted that plot and prevented tens of thousands of more casualties.
The pagers were detonated early because Hezbollah, suspecting tampering, began to withdraw them from the field. Despite the losses, the true Zionist objective of completely dismantling Hezbollah with the click of a button failed, and today the organization still endures, rebuilds, and resists.

Interim Venezuelan President Delcy Rodríguez thanked US President Trump in her first UN speech, and posed with him for pictures, but failed to mention abducted Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, First Combatant Cilia Flores, imprisoned just a couple of miles away in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
￭ Now, some protests are erupting across Venezuela, with people angry that the economic relief and prosperity promised to come after cozying up to the US has not materialized.
