EU HOMEGROWN TERRORISM BEGINS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS For those saying it's all migrants doing the rioting observe there are very white people wearing masks and pro-Palestinian gear. It is anti-Western EU intellectuals who prevented migrants from assimilating, while teaching self-hatred to white European children under the banner of left-wing "progressivism."

French "Peaceful Student Protest" Riots, Education, and the Racist Road to Barbarism Originally published in 1990 this essay by @GGReisman, author of the great Capitalism: A Treatise on Economics, is still relevant today. The article’s criticism of United States education system equally applies to Europe if not more so. Much of the damage is being blamed on migrants, but many of the rioters are French citizens of second and third generation. What we are seeing is something much deeper than a foreign invasion: the cause is corruption from within by Europe’s own intellectuals. As philosopher Leonard Peikoff wrote in his book, @OminousParallel: “The process of spreading a philosophy by means of free discussion among thinking adults is long and complex. From Plato to the present, it has been the dream of social planners to circumvent this process and, instead, to inject a controversial ideology directly into the plastic, unformed minds of children—by means of seizing a country’s educational system and turning it into a vehicle for indoctrination. In this way one may capture an entire generation without intellectual resistance, in a single coup d’école.” George Reisman's essay is an important salvo in ending that coup. NO TOLERANCE PARADOX Tolerance is not a paradox if one objectively defines one's terms. "Tolerance" is not an out of context absolute, but only has meaning within the context of a free, capitalist society — one based on the recognition of individual rights. As such a free society has zero tolerance for any action which is a violation of individual rights. Any action that does not violate individual rights is politically tolerated. This sentiment is expressed by Thomas Jefferson in regards to religion when he writes: "The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg."
The tolerance paradox. If tolerance means the end of Western civilization, we must not be tolerant.

Important discussion on FCC vs. Disney. FCC should abolished. Privatize the airwaves.
Disney vs. FCC: Licensing as a Tool of Censorship Does a broadcaster like ABC remain free when every editorial decision must account for the regulator controlling its license? Onkar Ghate and @BakulaRobertas examine Disney’s First Amendment case against Brendan Carr's FCC and argue that the airwaves should be fully privatized.

Also read: "Real censorship is when the state uses its legal power to use force to determine the content of speech we should engage in (either by banning non-rights violating speech or forcing one to say things one would not do so voluntarily). If the state can arbitrarily determine what Twitter must post, it goes from being the protector of freedom of speech to its censor." capitalismmagazine.com/2020/… #1A #freespeech @BrendanCarrFCC

"the FCC exists to dictate what can be said on-air. Each year since the early days of radio, every broadcast station must apply to the FCC for permission to use the airwaves. In exchange for their licenses, broadcasters must promise to serve the “public interest.” Stations that the FCC regards as having failed to do so can be fined, or even shut down, at the FCC’s sole discretion." capitalismmagazine.com/2004/…

MAYOR MAMDAMI USES 10/7 MEMORY TO PROMOTE HAMAS PROPAGANDA If Hamas did not hide in tunnels and use Gaza civilians as human shields, but instead surrendered there would be no bloodshed in Gaza. @ZohranKMamdani knows this.
This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss. The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes. Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment. To honor the dead, we must fight for a world in which every person can live with freedom, safety, and dignity.

A MORAL RESPONSE TO 10/7 The essential issue is not proportion, but justice. Hamas initiated the war on 10/7—then hid in tunnels using Gazans as human shields. Hamas would rather every Gaza child die then Israel live. Justice objectively requires Israel eliminate Hamas.
Yes. I think the Israeli govt response to the horrendous Oct 7 attacks has been massively disproportionate - for which I blame Netanyahu and hard-right headbangers like Ben Gvir and Smotrich who don’t seem to care about the damage they’re doing to Israel’s reputation.

What a disgrace. A gold-plated, naked Donald Trump on a starving man’s back, branded “The Orange Plague,” is on show in the European Parliament in Strasbourg under the guise of “art”. The people who lecture the world on dignity can’t even manage basic respect for the president of a friendly nation. @realDonaldTrump @WhiteHouse

FRENCH RIOTS CONTINUE "This is no longer an educational system. Its character has been completely transformed and it now clearly reveals itself to be what for many decades it has been in the process of becoming: namely, an agency working for the BARBARIZATION OF YOUTH." — @GGReisman
