This is happening in the US, without the iron bars. Staff beating and abusing the elderly. Every society that “empowers” women to abandon their role as caregivers and enter the workforce, forces men to compete with an endless number of foreigners and their own mates, makes people move constantly to stay employed, and turns homes into commodities instead of encouraging people to put down roots will see this. Destroy the family unit that cared for the elderly for thousands of years, and this is what you will reap. Horrors beyond imagination. This hits too close to home.
Animal like cage disguised as ‘Old Age Home’ in Kanchanaburi An elderly and psychiatric care facility in Kanchanaburi, which was officially approved by relevant authorities, has been inspected by Thailand’s Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) following disturbing allegations of abuse. Inside, 92 elderly residents were found living in conditions resembling prison cells, with metal bars installed around beds and even lock-and-key cage structures. The investigation was sparked after a woman escaped—alleging her children forcibly confined her there for over two years to take control of her assets. While facility staff claim the barriers are meant to protect patients from self-harm during behavioral episodes, the shocking conditions have raised questions about elderly care oversight and safety. Authorities are actively investigating. #Thailand #ElderlyCare #Kanchanaburi #HumanRights #JusticeForElders

interesting that westerners consider themselves “expats” when they move abroad, but call people coming to the west “immigrants”

You should be incredibly concerned that Governors of US states rush to India to sell your jobs and homes away. You should be equally concerned that the US ambassador to India knows this is unpopular so he turns comments off on the post.
A pleasure to welcome Montana Governor @GovGianforte and his delegation to New Delhi. We discussed new opportunities for Montana businesses to expand exports, investment, and commercial ties with India, and how stronger state-level engagement can help advance the broader U.S.-India economic partnership.

They need to make a stable version of element 115
For every gigawatt-thermal of fusion reactor capacity burning deuterium-tritium, you can produce 2 tonnes of gold per year by recycling the 14 MeV neutrons through mercury. The economics of a gold-breeding fusion reactor are about half revenue from gold, and half from electricity at current prices. The natural evolution of technology is to move beyond "chemistry' and into "alchemy" - nuclear sciences that involve the transmutation of elements, at energy scales and densities a million times higher than usual material science, chemistry, and molecular interaction scales. The first companies to approach this will be targeting things like medical isotopes and enriched nuclear fuel, but there's really no limit. If you think we can make energy too cheap to meter, then it becomes feasible to transmute elements at industrial quantities as raw material feedstock into the economy. Your thesis really should be that reality is programmable down to the atomic level, and that is inevitable where our technology will take us.

Ah yes, “The Golden Age” - for foreigners!!! @mattforney - stop telling us about progress on immigration!!! Americans are losing jobs to foreigners in every white collar and professional field. We aren’t imagining it or “Black Pilling”. Facts matter.
Employment among native-born Americans was down almost 1 million for the 12 months ending in Sep, while foreign-born employment rose half a million in that time:

Would be a lot simpler to just end it and make an actual exeptional talent visa for the unicorns and put a 250K fee on that from the start.
A $5,000 fine hasn't stopped employers from undercutting American workers, so my H-1B Visa Fraud Crackdown Act would raise penalties up to $100,000 per violation and would lengthen bans of willful violators from sponsoring new visas. Thank you to @SaraGonzalesTX for bringing this to the surface. Read more in the exclusive from @theblaze below. 👇

The Made in USA Christmas Gift Guide is open. Followers keep asking for more American-made. Last weekend we posted the Liberty Tabletop story, the last flatware factory in America. It reached millions. Liberty said tens of thousands of people then went to their site. That is the audience. Buyers already looking. If you manufacture here and want in this season, get listed. Link in the reply.
In 2005, Oneida shut the flatware factory in Sherrill, New York. A town that had made silverware for MORE THAN 100 YEARS was supposed to be finished. Two men refused to let that happen. Their names are Matt Roberts and Greg Owens. Roberts had managed that factory. Owens was another former Oneida manufacturing manager. When the company ended U.S. production, they bought the plant and the equipment and reopened it the NEXT DAY as Sherrill Manufacturing. They did not have a giant rescue fund. They did not have a Hollywood ending waiting. They had a building, some machines, and a workforce that knew how to make forks, knives, and spoons. At first they kept making product for Oneida. Then Oneida pulled the remaining American work and sent it overseas. That should have been the end. It wasn’t. They took government flatware contracts to keep the lights on. In 2010 they filed Chapter 11. They sold unused equipment. They sold space they could no longer fill. They leased back only the part of the factory they could still run. They came out of bankruptcy in 2013. Then they did the thing that saved the company. They built their own brand: Liberty Tabletop. They sold 18/10 stainless flatware straight to customers who wanted tableware MADE IN THE UNITED STATES. Not through a department store that could drop them overnight. Direct. Today Liberty Tabletop is the only company still manufacturing stainless steel flatware in America. Same town. Same trade. U.S. steel. About 70 jobs. They did not bring back 2,000 workers. Nobody did. What they saved was the last line. If you want American-made forks and spoons, this is the factory that still makes them. Support Liberty Tabletop. THIS is what keeping manufacturing in America actually looks like. 🇺🇸
