So let’s start with the obvious question.
Who is going to come forward and say, “That’s my boat”?
Who bought it?
Who owns it?
Where’s the paperwork?
Who is claiming the damage?
And what exactly is the alleged loss?
Because surely you can’t have criminal damage without someone actually claiming that their property has been damaged.

The University of Delaware says it's too late for Jill Biden to complete the courses she needs to earn the doctorate she claims she already holds.
Under the school's academic code, credits must be earned within ten years of beginning the process, or they expire.
Biden's credits all expired years ago.
At 76, it's highly unlikely she'll be going back to campus anytime soon.

Since the 1980s, the Sahara has shrunk by roughly 8%. Satellite data show widespread greening, a pattern that is playing out across the planet.
Around 50% of Earth's vegetated land has become significantly greener, an area roughly three times the size of the United States.
The dominant driver is not rainfall or land use change, it is rising atmospheric CO2. Higher CO2 lets plants photosynthesize more efficiently, they lose less water, they tolerate heat and dryness better.
The effect is strongest along desert margins - across the Sahel, the Middle East, Australia's interior and the southern edge of the Sahara.
Rising CO2 is making the deserts, and the planet as a whole, greener.
