My children are sleeping in darkness every night… and as a mother, I can no longer bear watching them live this way. 💔
Every night, when darkness falls, there is not a single light in our tent. No electricity, no reliable source of power—just darkness. In that darkness, even the simplest things become difficult: caring for my children at night, checking on them, and even moving safely around our tent.
And it is not only the darkness we struggle with. There is also the heavy silence that fills our tent at night. I sit beside my children, trying to make sure they are okay in the darkness, while feeling helpless because I cannot even provide them with a simple light. The hours pass so slowly, and the night feels unbearably long for a mother worrying about her children. 💔
For months, we have been living this way. What hurts me most as a mother is that I cannot even provide my children with a simple light to make them feel safe at night.
We have been living through difficult nights for months, but winter makes those nights even harder. The nights are longer, the cold is harsher, and the rain makes life inside our tent even more difficult—especially for my children.
That is why I am reaching out to you today from the deepest place in my heart. I urgently need a new 100Ah battery. The battery costs around $600, in addition to the essential equipment needed for it.
Because of the extremely high prices and difficult circumstances in Gaza, even basic necessities have become very expensive. I know this is a large amount, but I am holding on to hope and trying to reach this goal step by step.
This battery is not a luxury for us. It means light for my children, a source of power we desperately need, and a little safety during the long nights of darkness.
If you can donate, your contribution—no matter how small—can bring me one step closer to bringing light back to my children. If you cannot donate, please share this post and help me reach someone who can.
I am a mother asking you from the deepest place in my heart: please help me before winter comes, so my children do not have to spend another winter night in complete darkness. ❤️🩹🇵🇸
