Kirill here. If you don’t know me, I’m the owner of Gaga Daily, and every social media post you saw from 2009 through 2024 was from me. I never use this account to post anything personal, but I feel like I owe you all an explanation. In early 2024, I was arrested in my home country for protesting against the government and sentenced to more than two years in prison.
Throughout the MAYHEM era, this account has been run by my friends Christian and Anthony, who have done such an incredible job. I’m out now, I’m safe, and I can’t wait to get back to doing something I love so much.
I’m incredibly touched and grateful for all the tweets and messages of support you guys have sent my way. I love this community so much, and it feels surreal that so many people who don’t know each other, whose only connection is something as silly as loving the same pop star, can form such a strong bond that lasts for so many years.

I finally embraced NeoVim thanks to AI.
I have zero motivation to maintain and develop my own sophisticated dev toolbox.
But with AI, I can just configure my dev env via simple user stories like “Save buffer on leaving insert mode” or “Create or load a session from a centralised storage by name”.
And I end up with perfectly customised working NeoVim setup.

Building your own harness is an excellent exercise.
Such experience clearly demonstrates that building an efficient harness is far from trivial.
Makes you really appreciate the amount of intellectual output frontier labs put into dev work.
