Would that be an ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDER, or merely one that can reasonably be ASSUMED to be? Perhaps SUPERIOR COURTS should rule as to if THAT individual HAS DICTATORIAL POWER over the Executive branch, and not merely ASSUME that ANY sitting POTUS IS subordinate?
