Exercise is all about trial and error, finding what works and what doesn’t.
On tricep push downs, I find that gripping the bar with only my fingers allows for a deeper stretch on my triceps.
A small tweak, but stacked up they make a big difference.

oh this is tea. master detachment girl, it serves as a filter. if a man is worth gold, it'll filter through the bs & you'll be left with gold. by attachment theory, I believe a man can know within 5 minutes of first impression if he'll marry a woman, or use her as a placeholder.
