Trump saying “Don’t forget, I got Greenland” is the perfect summary of his whole political vibe — bragging about things he never actually did while the country deals with problems he never actually fixes. Greenland wasn’t “got,” wasn’t close to being “got,” and wasn’t ever going to be “got.” Denmark laughed, Greenland rejected it, and the rest of the world treated it like a punchline. Meanwhile Americans are dealing with real‑world issues — costs, wages, diesel, groceries — and he’s out here flexing imaginary real estate deals like a kid who thinks Monopoly money spends at Walmart. x.com/donkoclock/status/2113…

🚨BREAKING: House Judiciary Democrats just released a 50-page report accusing Donald Trump of participating in Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal sex schemes, and the cover-up by DOJ under Todd Blanche. The report cites the experiences of 11 women, FBI records and documents released through the Epstein Files Transparency Act. At least 5 women accused Trump of rape and sexual assault in Epstein’s company. It’s time Blanche releases the over 3 million Epstein files unredacted that he has refused to do. Expose every single one of these elite pedophiles that sex trafficked, abused and raped children. 🤬 yahoo.com/news/politics/arti…

During the January 6th attack on the nation's Capitol, Daniel Rodriguez drove a stun gun into the neck of Officer Mike Fanone. He was knocked unconscious, had a heart attack and suffered a traumatic brain injury. It ended his career. Rodriguez got over 12 years in prison for his assault on police. On day one, Donald Trump gave him a "full, complete and unconditional pardon" and sent him home. This is far and away the most corrupt White House in American history.

Elon Musk claims that Ukraine allegedly violated Starlink's terms of use and used the system on combat drones. As someone who was inside the process at the Ministry of Defense, I can say with certainty that this is not true. In February of this year, whitelists were introduced. Stationary terminals could be registered by both military personnel and civilians. But for any satellite terminal to work while on the move, it had to be added to a special list and connected to the military Starshield system. Otherwise, no satellite communication terminals in Ukraine would work. In other words, using civilian Starlink for drone missions was technically impossible. All drone missions that required satellite communication could only be carried out using Starshield. We are very grateful to the United States and SpaceX for access to critically important satellite communications. Ukraine did not violate the terms of use.

Prop 44 has zero supporters on the ballot because it’s dangerous for California. Passing it means hundreds of health clinics close, millions lose care, and costs soar for everyone. Join doctors and patients in voting NO on Prop 44 to protect our local health clinics.

This is totally dishonest. The White House didn’t work with Pope Leo XIV on securing this temporary ceasefire. Leo XIV was involved with this for months. Even while he was in the hospital recovering from lung cancer surgery, he called Putin and then Zelenskyy. The pope wasn’t a supporting actor. He was the protagonist.
Melania Trump tells me she spoke to both Zelensky and Putin about the Ukraine ceasefire: “We talked. We signed the agreement.” She thanked Pope Leo for his support and didn’t rule out a trip to Ukraine. POTUS said she’s doing better than his advisers.

US energy company execs have resigned in disgust as the Trump family is caught secretly expediting the funneling of $25 billion from a sanctioned Russian energy giant in exchange for allowing Russians to obtain a natural gas project in Alaska. According to investigations by The New York Times and Financial Times, Russia's Novatek allegedly concealed its financial involvement in the American project through a UAE-linked intermediary. Gentry Beach, a longtime Trump ally and close friend of Donald Trump Jr., signed an agreement with Novatek to pursue natural gas development in Alaska. Reuters documented the arrangement in February. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin discussed this cooperation on the Alaska energy project with Trump's representatives, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, during negotiations involving Russia and Ukraine. The controversy deepened when Polar Train LNG's CEO, Joel Riddle, raised concerns about concealed Russian financing and possible sanctions violations. He departed in September, followed by other senior executives. The Financial Times also described discussions about a potential arrangement under which Novatek would provide technology for the Alaska project in exchange for sanctions relief benefiting its Arctic LNG 2 development in Siberia. According to The New York Times, Riddle and two other departing executives warned the Trump administration about the Russian financing and urged officials to investigate. The White House maintains that the project was mentioned only briefly and that no detailed discussions took place. There is no established evidence that Kushner or Witkoff knew about the allegedly concealed financing. Polar Train LNG denies wrongdoing. The central question is how a sanctioned Russian energy company became involved in a major American energy venture while Putin was discussing potential economic cooperation with Trump's representatives and a longtime Trump family associate was pursuing a separate agreement with the same Russian company. Selling Alaska to the Russians or selling Ukraine to the Russians - to the Trump family it's all the same. ft.com/content/e9cfbfbb-e65a…

This is one of the most famous paintings in the world, yet few people know the story of the woman holding the parasol… It was painted by Claude Monet in 1875, and she was his wife, Camille, out for a walk with their young son Jean near their home in Argenteuil, just outside Paris. Monet painted them outdoors on a windy day, from below, so that Camille stands against the sky, her veil and dress caught by the wind, looking down at us as if we had just called her name. It feels less like a moment a husband didn’t want to forget. Four years later, Camille was gone. After a long illness, she died in September 1879, at just 32. Five days before the end, a priest blessed the marriage she and Monet had made in a simple civil ceremony nine years earlier. And there, at her bedside, the artist did the only thing he knew how to do: he painted her one last time. Years later, he confessed that even then, sitting beside her, he caught himself studying the colors that death was leaving on her face, a moment he never managed to forget. By then, she had appeared in some fifty of his paintings: in a green silk dress at nineteen, standing at a window, walking through the poppies with their little boy. Without ever meaning to, he had painted the story of her whole life with him. Monet lived almost fifty more years, but on this canvas it will always be that summer afternoon, with Camille turning to look at him in the wind…

This probably hits hard if you failed history in high school. Hitler was a far-Right fascist whose party was named the National Socialist German Workers' Party to attract working-class voters. Then he banned the Social Democratic and Communist parties, and sent socialists and communists to concentration camps.
Hitler was a far left socialist. Literally in the name of his party!

How do you tank home construction? Tax building materials with tariffs, squeeze the workforce with immigration enforcement, and keep rates high. Then let AI data centers crowd out construction loans. Housing starts plummet. You can't get more homes while blocking builders.
Krystal Ball says US housing starts are plummeting as homebuilders are hit by four factors at once: higher material costs from tariffs, high interest rates, workforce shortages from immigration enforcement, and construction financing going to AI data centers.
