Elijah Hemingway was arrested April ‘25 in Florida for 3 Counts Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer/Resisting Arrest with Violence. I just got ALL the paperwork.
Well - he was involuntarily committed for psych treatment after that. So why did a judge here give him no-cash bail?
