Do not confuse how you think it might be done, or how much or how little the amount that might be restored, with the actual morality. What I am saying that restoration of what was stolen is owed back to those who it was stolen from. After that principle is agreed upon , the practical details, while important, can be worked out. But the current socialist citizenship clearly doesn't want that, and so, will continue with the thieving.
