Can anyone save Penny? She’s only 2 yrs old, 50 lbs. Penny is set to be 💉on Wednesday 9/30 at 6:30 a.m. at Stanislaus Animal Services Agency in Modesto, CA.😳 ID: #A614036 Penny was recently adopted but returned after only a couple days; she was not given the recommended structure needed to decompress.
